My experience working with Shiply hinged on the experience with the vendor. In my case the vendor was excellent, however, this is not guaranteed. The portal is not easy to navigate and the is little direction regarding the details necessary to have a mutual agreement with the provider. A customer using the site can not take anything for granted and assume that services provided by "standard" companies are being offered, because on this site there are few standards.
