I had issues with the first transport provider I excepted a quote from. The Shipley customer service representative was not extremely helpful and I had to resubmit my request for help a couple of times. In the end the customer service rep re-posted my request for transportation and that is when I was contacted by another transport provider. I ended up very happy with this transport provider even though it cost me more money than the original one. It would be nice if there were a more direct recourse for customers like myself to be able to take when a transport provider does not communicate. The customer service rep was professional and friendly but I was a bit disappointed in the actual help I received.

Platform fine but providers should be independently accessed /vetted especially Fast-Distribution and Xpert Delivery

The concept is great but sometimes things happen that shouldn't happen because it is difficult to perfectly screen someone beforehand.

What I totaly disliked is the fact that there is no way to communicate until the initial payment has gone through if you do not pay with credit card. Even using "Sofort" Payment where you need your banking PIN and TAN which is sufficient with most other online shops, was not enough for Shiply to "confirm" the payment.

I had 2 projects/jobs on Shiply. The only reasons they are getting 3 stars is because they DID issue me a refund of my Shiply fee on the project that went bad. My other project was a great experience. Shiply needs to tighten up their verification process with these "verified shippers". Their platform is rife with scammers. When I became suspicious of the other company, I decided to see what it took to become a "verified shipper" with Shiply, so I created an account as a bogus company. I could make up any facts I wanted about my fictitious company and Shiply doesn't even bother to check. Do you know how I became a "verified seller"? I clicked the link in the email that was sent to me. Then Shiply promptly started spamming me with emails to "add two personal references and you will automatically get two completed jobs with 100% feedback rating". Just make sure you investigate ANY "verified shipper" on this platform or you will lose money like I did.

Watch out here… Shiply is going to skim a decent chunk of money off the top of what you’re paying that has nothing to do with paying a broker or a driver. Not like 5% or something. Like 19% or 20%.

Es gab Probleme bei der Kautions Anzahlung. Die Abwicklung an sich funktioniert hat aber für meinen Geschmack insgesamt zu lange gedauert. Ich finde es auch seltsam das während der Bearbeitungsdauer der Überweisung keine Komunikation mit dem Transportdiensleister möglich ist. Verdiente 3 Sterne, da ist mit Sicherheit noch Luft nach oben.

The concept of Shiply is good however you are likely to end up with Cowboys delivering your goods in a damaged state as they can’t care less.

First guy was a crook but the last guy Eric who delivered the car was excellent. There some crooks they are trying to milk you however they can.

Good service but, they have some scam 3rd party shipper, they will try to milk you more and the first guy I had to cancel and second guy which I had to pay few hundred more did exactly as he said with no additional cost.

I have a credit that was suppose to use on the second person it didn’t get credited to that job so need there credit refunded

I specifically chose a shipper that promised me the driver could handle the connections for my tiny house. After talking to the driver the night before my house was supposed to be delivered, I was told that was not something that he was familiar with. This really left me in a tough spot the next day with no way to connect my electric, power, or water. Pretty disappointed about that. However, the driver was very careful and did a good job of getting my house to the destination safely.
