Had a couple drivers back out, but once confirmed everything was great. Would definitely use them again. William stayed on too of rearranging dispatches.

Do not use this service !!!! And certainly do not pay for any extra insurance either they damaged a sideboard 3 weeks ago and then said well it’s cosmetic … the whole top needs re sanding and polishing and looks terrible .. it was delivered in the van with no protection and stood up on its end and not its feet … drivers couldn’t even speak to me as they didn’t speak English and frankly didn’t care … ive complained But no one cares from delivery company nor Shipley

Very poor experience, I received damage good and after a month still no resolution. Communication response times are 5-7 days. Not good enough

At first using Shiply seemed simple. We needed a small trailer hauled from Indiana to Oregon (on top of a trailer). Instantly we were receiving lots of quotes (bids). Once we picked our carrier we were cut loose from Shiply and at the mercy of our chosen carrier. Frankly we believe both parties were A.I. . Regardless, our carrier never showed up at the designated pickup site. There are NO humans to talk to at Shiply on Saturday (late afternoon Pacific) - in fact you never get to speak to anyone. They are based in the UK so time zones don't line up. But emails followed the next day (after I secured a place for the trailer to stay) and the process was repeated. We finally succeeded, but at no time did we feel we were in touch with actual human beings. Shiply did in fact pull through, but the stress we went through was intense. Not sure if there is a better option to be had, but this did work out in the end.

Very simple process. Just do not be afraid to ask questions of the bidders for your quote.

Absolutely perfect! Excellent communication and very professional, sofa was wrapped and treated with extra care, even making sure shoes wiped when entering the house. I will definitely be using this company again and again 👍 First class service 😁 thanks again.
