I hadn’t even finished filling out my information about the single chair I need shipped before I was being flooded with emails from this company. All different people asking dimensions weights and they hadn’t even filled that out yet giving me quotes before I finished quotes over $1000 plus $125 fee on top of that. this is just a chair. It’s cheaper to ship a car. I have 22 emails now. It’s been only fifteen minutes.. actually 14!

When a listing is created, multiple transport providers may respond simultaneously to express interest, resulting in a high volume of messages early on. They give you a quote and then change the price after you accept. I paid an additional $50 to Prime Way Transportation due to miscommunication between myself and the driver who delivered my car. My paperwork had one price and his paperwork had another price. Once I contacted the company, they stated that they added an extra $50 so he can deliver the car and they would refund me since I paid it. I have yet to receive the refund and they haven't responded back to my last couple of emails. The driver did his part but the transport company who hired him failed to do their part.

Hi Danielle, Sorry to hear about your experience. I understand how frustrating it must have been to be asked to pay more after the booking was already agreed. Please note that we do not permit couriers to charge extra beyond the accepted quote, unless additional items, a change of address, or other conditions specified in their Terms and Conditions apply. The accepted price is what you are expected to pay and no more. As the extra payment was made directly to the transport provider, this would need to be resolved with them. Horrible experience! Please read! Shiply is an incompetent company! They have no real person to talk to about issues and offer no support in dealing with transport company’s. I have been waiting on a shipment to be picked up for over a month and the transport company will not give me an estimate of when it will be picked up or delivered! I have contacted Shiply to help resolve this and it takes them days to respond and when they do it by email at 2am… so I can assume that they’re in a different country even. They have only offered to relist and transfer my deposit, and after waiting over a month that is not a reponsable solution! If they really respected your business they would try harder than that! As for the transport company Load Master/ Load Makers they are a total incompetent company too…. I accepted there quote and filled out their form with all the info weight, height, ect… and two weeks after accepting the quote they asked me for more money, because the they quoted for less weight. Then a week later told me that my product was in an area that did not have a lot of drivers, so that was why it was taking so long… so if you are a real transport company and quote a job you should probably review it prior to quoting the job, right?? It was originally imported from Ebay with all the information and photos when I listed it with Shipley, also when listing I requested a two week delivery time frame, and understand thing take longer and things happen, but with no estimates and proper communications, this leave the costumer feeling unease. I feel that these company are both incompetent and irresponsible! Do not use either!

Unreasonably restrictive messaging and unclear quote structure. I received a quote that had something other fee with it, but I couldn't tell if that second number had already been included in the bottom line quote. When I tried to clarify it with the contractor, I wasn't permitted to do that. No numbers or even words spelling out dollar amounts permitted in the messages. AND no other way aside from email to figure it out. They kept saying I was trying to negotiate the quote, and only allowed me to change the number in that pop-up. Way to lose business for yourself and you contractors, Shiply! FAIL!

I would highly not recommend using this company! I had a 2024 Camaro ZL1 delivered from Virginia to New Jersey and both the front and the rear of the car had been damaged during shipping. No one has reached out to cover the damages of my car, which is going to exceed $2000! Very very poor company!

I worked with this company very last minute but they were able to accommodate my needs for.a very important transport. Answered any and all questions that I had with no issue. We even received our delivery a day early which made me extremely happy. Kept me informed along the way as well. Jasmin was the agent that got all set up for me

Worst experience of my life. My family now has TWO vehicles stranded 300 miles away. I understand weather, etc. but communication is KEY. Want to call your driver? How about reaching an obvious burner phone with no voice mail set up. Want to cancel and get a refund on your deposit? Good luck with that!!! You wI'll lose time, money and perhaps even your vehicle.

Fast, efficient, responsive. Every question that I asked was answered promptly. Items arrived VERY quickly, well within my constrained timeline. Most other shippers were not able to promise precise delivery dates and they got my shipment here the day after the first day I requested. (They would have had it here a day earlier, but for a severe winter storm, but that's not a complaint: That's why I needed precision in delivery because sh*t happens.) I would use them again. [NOTE: Per below, the delivery took seven days, but that's because I requested that timeline. No other shipper could deliver from the West Coast to the Upper Mid-West in that timeframe.]
