I saw an email from Shipley, letting me know that AEX was canceled because of an email I sent you which is exactly what I wanted to do so now I need to know how soon I will get the payment that I made to you. I think it was like $156 back because I already sent you another Payment for easy 123 and they are in the process of delivering it as we speak please reply as soon as possible. Because of the delay with AEX, it has cost me $700 more than what I was gonna pay for AEX so I would appreciate some attention to this matter. Thank you.

When my car was delivered to me, the truck driver AGGRESSIVELY DEMANDED $50 more than the amount stated in my contractual agreement with Cargo Management. (Cargo Management sent me their bid through Shiply). Neither Shiply nor Cargo Management will reimburse me the $50. Shiply simply said "no". Cargo Management is totally unresponsive to my phone calls and my emails. STAY AWAY FROM THEM BOTH.

Please note we do not allow couriers to charge extra on top of the quote you have accepted unless there are additional items, a change of address, or other things that are stated in their Terms and Conditions. I recently needed an antique oak dresser and mirror shipped from northern Virginia to South Carolina. Ryan responded within minutes o my querry with an all inclusive bid and was on my doorstep the next day to pick it up. It was securely packed and arrived the next day without any problems. Affable, friendly guy who clearly knew what he was doing- great service and fair price!.

Thought it was dodgy at first, but then got reassured once I knew you only pay a small fee as a deposit and the rest once the goods are delivered to you. So it's all good. Will use the service once again if needed.

The customer service is excellant.They are very helpfull. The allocated company to deliver my x3 are very good. Their driver is very helpfull and understanding that my date of delivery was different and tried to offer another day but I have already delivered the x3 by myself. The communications afterward by shiply was excellant for refund I will strongly recommend shiply to my friends.I hope this review will be fed back to my provider company Thanks a million

Shiply has been a life, well money/hassle, saver for me. Found an ex-display item of furniture that I'd wanted for months, but was a little pricey. It went on sale but the store is in London and I live in Cumbria. Shiply made it easy to find, negotiate, finalise and insure the item and in less than a week it was sitting in my home and I was still £500 better off! Amazingly easy to use with some great couriers bidding for business. Can't fault them and will definitely use again!

Our complaint is not with Shiply, but with Load-Makers. We were notified on Christmas Eve that our car would be picked up by 7pm and they didn't arrive until midnight -- on Christmas Eve! Delivery was a nightmare. Delayed several days all the while being assured delivery would be "today by 4" which would become "tomorrow by 9" or "tomorrow by 12" or "tomorrow by 5." When the truck arrived with our car, the driver who spoke no english did not follow directions and drove into our community, tried to gain access through the gate, had to back up into other cars waiting at the gate, drove over landscaping. A total mess. Sadly, it will be highly unlikey we will ever use Shiply in the future.

Shiply was easy to use and I received multiple quotes. The home page made it easy to communicate with each bidder. The only drawback was the fees they charge were not made clear until you go all the way through the process. As a first time user, it would have been nice to have them up front so I could think over certain aspects before committing.
