Very bad service, after agreed the deal and paid then the driver started make story that’s too busy then will be delivered within 14 days but I told him that was urgent and I need it next day then I tried to be patient and kind and asked him to do it ASAP then he started another story about the parcel weight and wanted to make deal outside Shiply deal to get more money or I have to wait 2-3 week to do the job then I asked if I reject that can he give me the money back but he just said to ask Shipley company for that then left, So avoid to deal with this driver and be careful as he not trusted and just time waster

Unflexibel beim Abholtermin. Abholung nur an dem von Shiply vorgegebenem Tag möglich. Ein Termin, den der Kunde wünscht, ist nicht möglich. Äußerst kundenunfreundlich. Unfreundliche Kommen.

Shiply does provide a valuable service in connecting independent shippers with customers but I find the website crude and some of the policies less transparent than they should be. I have had 2 good experiences that I mostly credit to the drivers. On their side, Shiply could up their game.

Great service. Never used a courier before and wanted to send an old arm chair of my great granny’s from Aberdeen to London and i got given a very reasonable quote that was easy to accept and pay. I went with good_fellas and they communicated with me throughout the whole service. There was a slight delay with delivery (due to van issues) but I was updated throughout and all my questions were answered quickly and fully. Chair arrived in perfect condition.

Zero notifications prior to arrival, would not support customer who entered agreement with a mover that would not deliver upstairs because they were paid too little despite the $1200 short and minimal piece move.

I had a trouble free experience and Andre the driver was very helpful and professional. I had an unusually long machine on a pallet that was a little challenging. But driver got the job done. Pick up and delivery was within my window.

Called in advance to confirm ETA and landed at the ETA also. Very efficient chatty nothing to much trouble including having to jump start the vehicle. Communications and organising very good. Thanks again Sally
