“I will never use this company again. What a horrible experience. Tried to book a shipment of a single item and accepted a bid. Company said they would schedule within 1-5 days. A week goes by, then two. Never heard from the shipper. Called repeatedly and they never scheduled a pickup. Missed my deadline to ship. Cancelled with that company and tried to book another company with another listing for the same item. Finally accepted a bid. Company lied about the price. They actually did pick the item up, 4.5 hours later than when they told me. Said it would be delivered the next day. Nope. Then they changed it to the following morning. Nope again. Gave another delivery time of 6pm. Nope nope nope. Not sure this is actually going to show up. Oh, and they sent an invoice with a different shipping company name. What is this bogus site and these fraud shippers? Never again. Should have driven my stuff myself. Stay away from Shiply and their carriers.”
