“Shiply's website was easy to use and I appreciated getting so many quotes. The services that responded were quick to reply. I am still getting companies asking if I want their service even though I choose one on the site. That is my only complaint.”

“Site efficace, mais il n'est pas facile de laisser une longue liste de meubles, et surtout de préciser les dimensions des objets, même dans les messages échangés : c'est refusé à chaque fois, au motif que l'on essaye de transmettre des numéros de téléphone. Je n'ai jamais pu transmettre les dimensions.”

“Booked a delivery on multiple occasions told them the time I would like delivered after before acccepting the quote, agreed they could pick it up 2 days earlier to help them aslong as the delivery time was as requested, lo and behold day before delivery changed the time to suit themselves not me, had to take the day off work in order to get my item, shocking the whole reason I paid for delivery was so i wouldn’t need to take a day off to collect myself, absolute joke never again !!!”

“Everything was fine up until delivery. When it arrived in Spain our new sofa looked like it had been thrown on the back of a van heading to the council tip. Covered in rust marks that can't be removed. Shiply insurance was an absolute waste of time and money, don't be conned into taking it out. Would never use Shiply again. I would have scored zero stars if that was an option.”

“So I was supposed to pick up a drum kit won on eBay for my daughter. I broke my foot a week before . Shippx literally saved me so much stress . They collected from Oxford and delivered to my daughter in London all whilst I organised it online from Essex. I was so stressed and asked lots of questions ! Thanks to Maria’s patience and understanding I won’t hesitate to use again . Amazing price and so easy . Highly recommended.”
