Everything about our experience in having our 42' Jayco Pinnacle shipped to Northern CA from Las Vegas thru Shiply and Roads Captain America was outstanding. From the transition from the Shipley platform to direct contact with transporter, it couldn't have been better. The customer service was great, communication was better than I could have asked for. They were super cooperative and accommodating, the only issues coming from our end, which they promptly and happily helped to resolve. We couldn't be happier! Oh, and our delivery driver nailed placement on his first attempt in a very tight space with no room for error!

I entered my information into Shiply's form for a quote and now I have almost 200 emails from companies and that doesn't include the text messages or calls I am also receiving. I will NEVER use Shiply again and would not recommend it to anyone!

I completely understand how frustrating and intrusive that must feel, especially when you weren’t expecting that level of contact. To help stop the quotes and messages, the best step is to choose and accept a provider for your delivery. Once you’ve accepted a quote and paid the deposit, the listing will be closed, and other transport providers will no longer be able to contact you. In the meantime, you can also adjust your notification settings within your account to reduce communications. Process was clean and honest; email correspondence was honest; Received call once the driver was found, and driver met dates, times and delivery safety/ care for the power wheelchair. Had one question, left voice mail. Call was returned withing 5 minutes. I"d use them again. Specific shipper XP-Ship was great.

Everything was great! Great service from beginning to end. Professional, prompt, and priced right! James from Arma Express provided excellent service and executed on all aspects of the job. Shiply is a service that took good care of my items, communicated promptly and followed through on their commitments. The driver that actually moved the dresser and hope chest was exceptional - he was courteous, prompt, helpful and really careful with my family heirlooms. I was so relieved! The items were delivered on time and in perfect condition. Thank you Shiply!

The guys were responsive and helpful right from the first message. They gave me one of the best quotes and on the day, nothing was too much trouble. They were respectful, polite and extremely careful with the furniture and the walls whilst moving bulky items. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.

Horrible!!! I will never go through this company again, the communication was horrible, the guy art kept saying a certain date for it to be pushed back another week wasn't being honest about having a driver. Sent two different invoices to me and the transport driver, driver was also rude don't go through this company I wouldn't recommend this company

Gutes Portal, aber keine Sendungsnummer. Habe mein Geld von eBay noch nicht erhalten. Ohne Sendungsnummer muss man 2 Wochen auf das Geld bei eBay warten. Das ist ein sehr negativer Aspekt. Daher würde ich nicht nochmal mit shiply versenden.
