“Schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Habe Eine Lieferung über Shiply beauftragt. Beim Spediteur habe ich eine Rechnung bekommen, aber ohne den Anzahlungsbetrag. Bei Shiply bekomme ich aber auch keine Rechnung für den Anzahlungsbetrag. Wie soll man so seine Buchhaltung ordentlich machen.”

“From beginning to end Shiply performed as promised.I chose Xpert Trans. Xpert Trans proved to be a truly customer oriented service largely due to their rep Grace. We experienced multiple reschedules due to weather related issues at the pickup location. She was super responsive, professional and courteous. I highly recommend Shiply and Xpert Trans.”

“Shiply were absolutley useless in settling my dispute. The courier picked up my boat and then disappeared. They do absolutely no vetting of the transport providers and when I asked them for his contact details so that I can pursue legal action they of course don't have naything. They have suspended his account but he will just open a new one and fleece someone else. Avoid shiply at all costs.”
