“I paid £97 and courier never delivered my item… for two months I have chased Shiply and have been completely ignored. No contact number. No complaints procedure. Only option is going the small claims route in Court. Absolutely appalling.”

“The website has for the second time used an incorrect address , somehow it over rides the delivery address for Copart in Milton Keynes ( mk42) The result I get in accurate quotes . Discussed it with Shiply , there response took nearly a week and Tbf they didn’t seem to give a monkeys 🙈 It’s happened more than once”

“Good services, customer service is wonderful. The only complaint I have is that one of my previous shipping companies ended up losing their contract with Shiply due to company ethics, however I was never notified. If I hadn’t thought to reach out to Shiply myself I wouldn’t have known the company was not going to ship my Tiny home. In the future, for companies that lose their business with Shiply it would be nice if the scheduled clients with those companies would be notified to reschedule their shipments. However, once Shiply confirmed they were quick to refund my deposit and relist my request.”
