Gave my old SUV to my son. As he lives 3 hours away in a rural area, I’d have no way to get home after dropping off the car. JimmyCs from Shiply picked up the car at my house when he said he would, and dropped it off when he said he would. Good communications, clean modern trailer, and I’d use again. Five stars out of five. Thank you!

Very reliable and efficient. Gave me a very competitive price which I was more than happy with. Kept me updated throughout the process, my goods were delivered in perfect condition. I would definitely use them again. Thank you so much its nice to deal with a trustworthy business.

Fastline did an excellent job in picking up an awkward item (disabled raising loo seat) and bringing it from Wakefield to Norfolk, after we bought it on eBay. Whereas several other companies were reluctant to comply with the strict but long (6.5hrs) daily availability of the seller (the warehouse of a hospice), Fastline were happy to do so, and remained true to their word. Natalia on the phone was excellent and called to advise us of delivery time with a two-hour window, which they hit on the nose. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I should have done more research before selecting this company. I didn’t realize my initial deposit went to shiply until the actual company called and asked me for a deposit. I also didn’t know that companies have different rules for customers they get using shiply and they do not outline those rules upfront for consumers.

I had to urgently rebook a delivery after the original driver cancelled last minute and then stopped responding entirely. Thankfully, the new driver I found was excellent — responsive, professional, and handled the urgent delivery flawlessly on short notice. Shiply, however, has been a massive letdown. Their phone lines are disabled, and the only support option leads to a decades-old-looking ticketing system that promises a reply within 6 hours. It’s now been 21 hours since I submitted my ticket — at least over 8 business hours — and I’ve still heard nothing. I don’t understand how a company that facilitates time-sensitive deliveries can offer zero customer support outside standard office hours — and even during those hours, doesn’t seem to respond at all. I’m now left wondering whether I’ll ever get my deposit back for the original delivery, let alone any compensation for the extra cost I had to pay to rebook last minute. Extremely disappointed. What is the point of Shiply? Might as well respond to ads in the paper for all the support they seem to provide with the process.
