They have still not returning my deposit even after my order was cancelled.

Good way to receive competitive quotes from different companies. Reviews can help choosing a company. Good experience with the selected company. However, the platform does not provide very transparent information about the providers themselves. Payment, insurances, etc are all managed outside the app, once a company is selected, without protection in case of issue.

I was recommended to use Shiply by an EBay seller as I was beyond their delivery range. I signed up. The quote went out to tender and I was bombarded with offers. The company I chose seemed ok? So collection was due on the Tuesday and I got a van broken down message… they said they would retry on Thursday and have a collection time schedule to give me on Wednesday. Nothing came on Wednesday and no communication from them on Thursday . When I contacted Shiply to help the response was “I am afraid they have been suspended due to numerous complaints” I have wasted a week waiting and have now cancelled the whole delivery because how do I know who to trust. In an email response said that they were sorry to see me go and that they had a 98% review success rate… I find it very hard to believe that I managed to find the 2% failure on my first trial?!! I will never use Shiply again or recommend them to anyone else. A complete waste of time.

Excellent shipping experience. I received a reasonable quote in a short period of time and the item was picked up and delivered on time as agreed without any damage or issues. Highly recommended.

This company was just as they advertised! They honored the quote, they delivered not just ON-TIME but 2 days earlier than I inticipated. There was no damage to my vehicle, nothing stolen from the inside, snd the driver was extremely adaptive to our circumstance. The only negative remark I'd leave is with the company's communication. I have a spouse with 3 kids and a full-time job, I should have been made known at least a 12 hour notice so I could have made arrangements for the delivery pickup. To the reviewing managers & brokers; Work on your driver's communication and your company will excell greatly!

This was my first time shipping a car and would recommend Shiply and use them again. Great communication & driver was on time most importantly my car was in great condition on arrival.

I had an amazing guy called fastrob, he was amazing trustworthy id definitely recommend accepting him, he collected the car perfectly sent pictures of the collection and delivery even sent me a video, he delivered the car to a location I asked of him, definitely worth the money and his service was fantastic
