Good quality, expert fitting, worth every (lots) penny. Fitter left no mess, didn't even have to hoover after he left. Had two bedrooms done at same time and really pleased with the result, especially my shoe drawer. Highly recommend sharps

Excellent product and friendly helpful service throughout. They listen to what you want rather than trying to force their ideas on you. Expensive but we think it was worth it. Gary and Maggie Holland

Had a study fitted with Sharps. Although Sales process was very efficient, once the contract is signed the attention is not there anymore. First they pushed firward the delivery week with one week notice (I work so I am not that flexible). Then the fitter realized part of the delivery was missing. Has been sent to me with DHL but one day after the fitting was completed - so I refused to pay. Then Sharps forget about you for a little bit... Rings you sometimes to ask if you are in at lunchtime (again, I am at work). Once it worked for me so I got back home and waited for 5hrs for nothing. Called back to re-arrange, told I wouldn't be available the next couple of weeks as on holiday abroad, to make a note so someone could call back with an appointment date in the future. Got 2 calls to see if I was available in the afternoon while I was away! Now agreed a date but received a letter reminding me of the balance... Oh and quality - fitting very good but quite disappointing veneer quality. Summary - Sharps is great for retired people. If you are active it won't work for you

I was happy with my bedroom, but i was not fully satisfied with my sons room. I was not fully satisified with my sons room because the joinings are quite feesable and i didnt expect that from a big company like sharps.Also the screws are starting to loosen.

We had fitted wardrobes built by Sharps in December 2014. We visited the Sharps store in Solihull and made an appointment for a representative to visit us at home a few days later. He arrived promptly and measured up our awkward room. We went over the options and there was no "hard sell". The Sharps salesperson looked over all available options to secure the best price for us. Although the wardrobes did cost more than we had anticipated, I do feel we got value for money. We chose a light finish to the wardrobes, which has really lightened up the room. The finish has also been easy to match other furniture to in the room. We were quoted three days for the actual fitting, but in the end it only took two days. The fitter was professional and worked hard to get the job done. The only complaint I have is that he did not remove the rubbish from our property after the fit was completed. However, one quick call to Sharps' customer helpline sorted this out, and the rubbish was collected the following morning. We are very happy with our wardrobes. The quality is very good and they have been fitted to a very high standard. Having custom-made wardrobes has allowed us to have the maximum storage space in an oddly-shaped room. The wardrobes are cleverly designed to utilize all available space inside, but they have a very simple, classic finish outside. Overall I am happy with the service and goods provided by Sharps, and would be glad to recommend them. Mr Nicholas Shephard

Sharps are shocking!.. Booked an appointment for 7pm and never turned up or even rang to say they couldnt make it. Rang them up next morning and they had the guts to say they did come but no one answered. This is a lie because we was in all day and dog even barks when door goes. If this was the case then surely they would ring me up? time wasters

From the initial design process through to the fitting we were very pleased with the service we received from Sharps. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and courteous. Our wardrobe was fitted a few weeks after agreeing on the design and completed to an excellent standard. It looks great in the space. We would definitely recommend Sharps to others.

The process was very straightforward from the initial estimate, the planning, delivery and the construction of the wardrobe. Once problem was the start date of the construction this was moved last minute from Wednesday to the Thursday, could have been handled a lot better.

We wanted 4 wardrobes built in 2 bedrooms in a new build apartment. The Sharps sales guy was very helpful and came up with some ideas that met our expectations. Agreeing a price, we paid our deposit on January 19 2015. The guy who measures came and confirmed the measurements of the salesman and advised that we would be contacted for delivery in the next few weeks. In early March I called Sharps sales office who advised there was a technical query and that they would call me back. No call came. I called their office for the next two months chasing an update, ultimately they told me that the technical manager wouldn't agree to one of the designs (they weren't sure which one). After a few more calls (by me), we finally confirmed which one it was and cancelled that one from the order and agreed a revised price with their sales guy, who continued to be very helpful. Weeks went by so I chased up again, waiting for a delivery date. Apparently the technical manager now had a problem with another wardrobe, so we went through the process of cancelling that one too. This time I was given a delivery time, an apology and a further discount to heal the pain. The Friday before the delivery, of the remaining two, I received a call from the sales guy, more problems; the delivery was not going ahead. When I checked my credit card they had charged my credit card for the whole job that they were refusing to do. A little perturbed I called them and asked them to credit it back to me, which they did in the next few business days. They now wanted their field manager to come and view the job for the remaining two wardrobes and set a date for his visit, which was to be confirmed. Surprising no confirmation came and no site visit occurred. I have been assured that they can fix it, but it is now late June 2015 and five months from when the deposit was taken, I just don’t want to keep chasing them anymore. Good luck if you decide to do business with them, I've asked for my money back and I will start from scratch with a company that might actually show an interest in its customers.

Overall we are happy with the design. installation and quality of our wardrobes. We have had a problem with after sales care however, the wardrobes require four door handles; the ones the fitter brought were not the model we ordered. He fitted them but said he would sort out replacing them with the required type, however nothing happened. We subsequently contacted Sharps because of faulty hinges and also asked could we have the door handles replaced with the type ordered. Another fitter appeared and sorted out the hinges, but unfortunately he arrived with only one handle instead of the four needed, and that one was again not the design we had ordered. Even though we had complied with Sharp's request to send them a photo of the offending handle to ensure they sourced the correct replacements. Fitter 2 said that he would arrange for us to be sent the correct handles but to date no sign of them.

Over the last 25 years I've ordered 7 wardrobes from sharps and in all that time I've never been disappointed. My latest unit was a bedroom wardrobe and it is excellent, it fits right in taking advantage of all the space. During the building they even came and inspected the workmanship.

Fantastic from start to finish. No bullshit quote which i liked. Hannah my designer was efficient and detailed. Simon my suveyor was very again very detailed and went through everything for me. Customer service were a little slow in getting back to me but all went great when fitted so happy

We were very impressed with the speed and quality of the service at every stage, and delighted with the end product. Our showroom visit resulted in a salesman calling on us the very next day, a Sunday. He said the surveyor would come on an agreed day the following week, and he did. The fitter arrived each day exactly on time, and did an excellent job - and was most careful to leave no mess in the room he was working on, or anywhere else. I think we benefitted from having a clear idea of exactly what we wanted before we commenced any discussions with the company, and once it was apparent that we could have what we wanted there were no contentious issues to resolve. The finished wardrobes and interior fittings are totally excellent quality. We would and do highly recommend the company to our friends. Chris Jenkins.

We had them install two wardrobes from their walk in wardrobe range. We also had a built in cupboard inside an alcove. They lead you to believe that they are custom designed for you however upon initial consultation we asked for the top shelf to be full width of the walk in section and no central support. The salesman did not state this may be an issue. The paperwork was sent off and when the surveyor came, again this point was not raised. The fitter came and unbeknown to us, the design team at manufacturing has added in a middle upright because apparently this has to be there. No one thought to contact us to let us know that our initial design was not viable. It was not until installed after day 1 I question the fitter why there is a central upright as I wanted a full width shelf. He stated this is not an option and his paperwork shows an added note stating central support needed. Our paperwork shows the upright crossed out so no central support. You'd have thought the design limitations are understood and should be explained. We certainly should have received some contact from them when they changed the design. You should NEVER make design alterations without consultation with the client! Disappointed as this specific design was intended to keep our cases out of the way but they now will not fit. What we have is nice, but not what we asked. Should have just got a local carpenter to do exactly as we wanted rather than Sharps pretending to 'custom fit' when there are clear product limitations of their ranges which at no point was discussed. Fitter did a good job (and what was on his paperwork, which just didn't match to ours) and did tidy the room but you do have to do a dump run with everything left on the doorstep. Even a sheet that is too long for our car so not sure how we're meant to get rid of that! Considering price not best pleased. Currently in discussion with Sharps.

I was impressed at the flexibility and availability of appointments for our initial consultation. The designer was great, he offered really useful advice and steered us away from unnecessary costs. The installer was great, really tidy and helpful - very important when having new wardrobes fitted in an old house, the week you move in with a three year old and three week old baby! We're very pleased with the finished products the wardrobes in our room lo stylish and fit in perfectly. The 'walk in' design for a very large cupboard in our daughters room is brilliant and makes excellent use of space available.
