The fitting was great just a bit disappointed to see how small the wardrobe was when finished

The Sharps salesman came to see us to quote for a fitted wardrobe, when he arrive he was all smiles and polite when we told him we were not making an instant decision for a three thousand pound wardrobe he practically told us off for wasting his time and couldn't leave quick enough. he told us that if we didn't order immediately there was no chance of us ordering as out of his 1.4 million worth of sales only 3 people who didn't order on the day bothered to call. The reason is clearly due to his not taking refusal very well and after looking elsewhere we would not buy from him if he was £1000 cheaper. I had to take an urgent phone call from my son while he was pressure selling to us and he told my soon to be wife he must have scared me off with the price and would I like a finance package Don't waste your time with this company you will be very disappointed with the waste of time pushy salesman and over the top non competitive prices. I am now using a competitor who is selling us the same product at a much better price

Just had some sliding door wardrobes sort off fitted by sharps. The salesman promised a quality bespoke fitting nothing could be further from the truth. The parts arrived damaged which delayed the installation. The fitter was sub contracted poor installation still waiting for field installation manager to come and see the poor fitting and the rubbish and mess that has been left 2 weeks now!!! Numerous phone calls made to Sharps to complain they don't get back to you. When you manage to get hold of them you get a different person each time who does not resolve anything and they don't call back! The replacement door turned up but no one contacted us to arrange for some one to be in. We were all at work we made rushed arrangements for our son to nip out of work but when he got home the delivery driver had gone. Door still damaged that they have fitted. We have not paid our deposit as they didn't request it another mistake on there part. But good on our part as they won't be receiving it either until all issues resolved. I would definitely not recommend using this cowboy company shoddy, shoddy, shoddy. Shame on you Sharps!

overall our experience was pretty good, the designer turned up on time and went through all our options. The fitter did a good job but there was loads of wood left over (very wasteful). We had a problem with one of the sliding doors after a couple of months but that was sorted promptly. The cost was definitely on the high side but we are pleased with the results.

We were pleased with our Sharps experience and the wardrobes we have from them. Although they are not the cheapest option they offer a bespoke fit to suit your space and a selection of styles. Peter Antill, the designer, was superb and visited us on a Saturday to fit in with our working week. He designed options, ran through costings and kept in email communication when we had questions. We would have liked the boutique style doors but sadly they were not available in white (only black) so we chose another option instead. Would recommend Sharps to others.

Disappointing all round I'm afraid. Surveyor never turned up despite chasing repeatedly. Installation cancelled at very last mninute so lost a day's pay - no offer to compensate. Installer pointed out incorrect measurements and also faults with materials. Promised to correct these the following week but has never happened despite repeated phone calls (when the phone was actually answered.....) Have emailed CEO twice but not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement, let alone a reply. Customer service have promised twice to ring me back "in 10 minutes" but still waiting days later. Never again and sadly could certainly not recommend

We asked Sharps to give some advise how to utilise better the space in the children room. The designer came and gave us a lot of useful advise. He designed 2-3 different set for the wall-to-wall top-to-bottom wardrobes. He held us to spent out money wisely. Really happy about the result. Highly recommended.

We had great service from sharps. From the honest and knowledgable advice from our home visit to the timely installation of our fitted wardrobes. The quality of the product is excellent and well worth the money. We would definitely use sharps again when we need a similar product in the future. James Farrell

Was very impressed with the design and ordering service. The fitter who came to install our bedroom furniture did an excellent job. My only complaint is that the cupboard door hinges are very flimsy for the size of the doors and they don't sit fully flush. Will be contacting sharps about this shortly. Other than that, we are very happy with the whole service.

Appalling. We had quotes from several companies and I wish I had used any one of the other companies. Sharps were the most expensive but with a bit of negotiation we got them nearer to the price. The sales staff were fine but that is where the good experience ended. After I paid they failed to turn up, did not answer calls, kept cancelling appointments to finish the work. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and I will never use them again.

We were both thrilled to bits with the new bedroom furniture. the quality is exeptional and the fitter was a proper craftsman who took pride in his work. He also cleaned everything up when he was finished. All in all a splendid job.

I am very pleased with my wardrobe which looks stunning. It did seem rather expensive but I didn't shop around so can't make an accurate comparison.

Had a free consultation from three different company to get the best price for a bed room. The consultant from sharps (Elinor Norris) had a childish tantrum after informing her we were not going to purchase now as we are waiting g for the third quote before deciding. She packed up her things and didn't even see goodbye before taking the quote with her so we cannot choose them even if the next quote is more expensive. Extremely childish and unprofessional. I don't know if the hurt feelings are a personal issue of hers or sharps standard tactic but I would advise anyone getting a consultation to give this response just to find out.
