Be prepared for the hard sell. I was quoted £17000 for wardrobes 😁 ended up paying £3000 don't be shy to haggle its all a game.

Hi sharps My sharps designer was Amanda Oliver, Amanda is a real credit to sharps, she was very knowledgeable after discussing my wardrobe requirements Amanda offered helpful advice to achieve the finished look which I’m totally happy with, Just waiting to book the installation with the fitter hope this is a seamless job

AVOID. Three deliveries later, living out of boxes, and still no finished wardrobe. Review Content: I am beyond disappointed with my experience. If you are looking to live with unfinished wardrobes for weeks—or even months—then this is the company for you. The process started off fine, but the moment they received the final payment, the "service" vanished. My initial delivery was late, throwing the entire project off schedule. Parts were missing, and it took them a few days just to reply, only to tell me there was a 2 to 3-week wait for missing parts. The incompetence has continued since: it took an additional three weeks just to produce the missing parts because they weren't even clear on what was missing in the first place. Despite this being their third attempt to deliver for the same order, they still refuse to provide a reasonable 2-hour delivery window. Instead, they expect me to sit around for half a day waiting for them to fix their own mistakes. The customer service is truly awful, unresponsive, and unhelpful. It is clear that once they have your money, you are no longer a priority. I am still living out of boxes with half-finished furniture taking up space in my home. The bottom line: If you want to spend your own money only to be forced to adjust your entire life to their demands and failures, then Fittingly (Sharps Furniture Group) is the choice for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere for a company that actually values its customers after the point of sale. Order reference number: 64528

If I could a 0 I would! Its absolutely pathetic that after spending so much money on my cupboard that they not only messed up the design, but they couldn't deliver a simple rail. The engineer came out and built the cupboard which then found the rail was missing. It took 2 days for it to be delivered. When it finally got delivered, the engineer came out again and after opening the package, 1 tiny rail came out. I waa not only furious but really dissapointed as I went with Sharps thinking they were organised. They were very quick to send me the invoice of the remaining balance which I shall not pay! This was a very bad experience that in convenienced me from my job now for 4 days, its pathetic!!

I am looking for my 4th lot of bedroom-fitting by Sharps, so obviously happy with the product. However, watch carefully their offers. The 50% off offer has an * and this means "excluding services and partnership products". Whilst partnership products are third party goods (like special handles), services is all of Sharps labour and that includes the sales and support staff, the surveyor, fitters, delivery, etc and probably the person who makes the tea. The non-services element of the order is only 55% to 60% of your order and only this attracts the discount. My order of £15,500 had only £9,000 of goods. One might judge the split reasonable but don't fall for the headline advertising and, come-on Sharps, be a bit more up front, call it what it is. Not even the staff I called at your sales office knew what "services" actually meant.

I recently had some fitted wardrobes installed by SHARPS and it was at times a very stressful experience. After my initial design visit I felt quite excited about the thought of my small bedroom being transformed but this soon went downhill fast, mainly due to the extremely poor customer support team. I didn't receive emails or updates reference delivery or install dates, & then having my install date cancelled very last minute the day before. I can only add the whole project was completely saved by my fitter Simon Cope. What an amazing young man, very polite, quiet & unassuming, who did a fantastic job & left my home spotless. SHARPS are very lucky to have this guy, who really knows his job. He worked tirelessly from the time he arrived until finish. I think I was very lucky indeed to have this young man install my wardrobes. Thank you Simon

Wow!! What a great experience- firstly, Jenny my designer from Telford was amazing. As was the surveyor. Now for the part that blew me away…. My fitter was Kieran Salmon was my fitter…. And what a talented craftsman he was. Incredible. He arrived at 8am and left at 9pm and did an excellent job, and I am VERY hard to please. When you compare to the (awful and terrible customer service of their competitor Wren I’ve also had do work this month) it is worth every penny. The tools, vacuum, clean up, knowledge, he went the extra mile! Thank you Kieran!

Booked an appointment for a quote for a media wall for our living room including a fire. They were very clear they offer this service and sent a sales person. As soon as he arrived he didn’t know what he was coming to discuss but checked his phone and said oh living room. We walked into my new build home living room and before we even began to discuss my requirements he quoted 2-3000 per metre for media walls and said that doesn’t include the fire which will be extra. My wall is approximately 4,5m so we are looking 12-15k which was completely absurd costing considering other company quotes. I can only assume Sharps don’t really want to build these very popular home installs and whilst I was looking for a quality product, considering most of the media wall will be shelving I really wonder how on earth they are quoting these sorts of prices. Such a waste of time both his and mine.

I had an appalling experience building a simple wardrobe with Sharps and would strongly advise others to steer clear. The first fitter arrived for the installation and did an awful job — wonky panels, extremely poor sealant work, and damage caused to both the ceiling and walls. The installation was completely unacceptable. An area manager, Alan, later attended and confirmed the issues. As a result, 15 panels had to be replaced, and I was forced to take further time off work for a second fitter to completely rebuild the unit. While the second installation was much better, I was still left with considerable damage to the walls and ceiling. Customer service throughout has been very poor. I dealt with someone called Kully, who asked me to take even more time to obtain three painter/decorator quotes for the damage. A compensation amount of £400 was agreed, but I am still waiting to be paid. It has now been over 8 weeks since the job started, I am left with damaged walls and ceiling, and I have received no compensation despite repeated follow-ups. Overall, the entire experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and deeply disappointing. Poor workmanship, poor communication, and poor aftercare. I would not recommend Sharps to anyone.

I had a great experience with Sharps from the representative and survey it didn't take long from start to finish and the fitter Keith Hopwood did a wonderful job he came the day after the delivery of all the items and fitted it all on the Sat and Sunday and on the Tuesday Clearabe removed all the rest of rubbish and left it free of any waste

I’m writing this on behalf of DataLume after a truly shocking experience. We hired Sharps to install fitted office furniture and it has been one mistake after another. Wrong products delivered. Wrong fitter turning up. Measurements completely off — not once, not twice… multiple times. Every visit turned into another delay, another phone call, another apology. We basically had to manage the project ourselves because no one at Sharps seemed to know what was going on. Their communication is terrible. The fitter didn’t show up for scheduled appointments more than once. We had to chase them every step of the way, even though they took almost the full payment upfront. We’re also selling the property, so timing really mattered — they knew this and still dragged things out for weeks. The room was left scratched and damaged, and instead of just fixing it, they want us to provide invoices and prove everything. Honestly ridiculous. Sharps love to trash-talk other companies, but the irony is incredible — they’re expensive and can’t deliver even basic accuracy. We would never use them again and definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values their time, money, or sanity. Have a look at the pictures , what a rubbish finish and waste of time

After 6 months of waiting, multiple appointments cancelled by Sharps, a faulty installation and £300 worth of damage to a freshly decorated room, Sharps finally arrived to properly install some fitted cupboards only to discover that they had forgotten to bring all the materials they needed. Throughout this experience, their customer service has been abysmal. I have been told sorry repeatedly for the delays, only to be put to the back of the queue for installations, clearly behind new customers they have not screwed over yet. The extra £300 they have cost me will apparently be the subject of a"review" once the work is finished. I am sure I will get another apology and no offer of repayment. After all, they already have my money. What does my time and wellbeing matter to them? Avoid this company like the plague. The trade on a reputation which is clearly no longer justified.

I spend 18,000 on my furniture 7 years ago They say I will have warranty for it ,i call them about some drawers and they refuse to repair them saying that doesn’t go under my warranty Is a scam with the warranty Very disappointed about this DONT BELIEVE NO WARANTY WILL BE PROVIDED

Deeply disappointing experience – I would not recommend Sharps to anyone My experience with Sharps has been nothing short of exhausting and deeply disappointing. For a company that markets itself as a premium, bespoke service, the reality could not have been further from what was promised. The installation was repeatedly rescheduled, causing significant disruption to my schedule. When the fitter finally arrived, the work was done incorrectly — even the “best installer” they sent was unable to complete the job properly. This meant yet another appointment, more inconvenience, and more time spent rearranging my life to accommodate issues entirely caused by their errors. What I expected was a smooth, professional service for a wardrobe costing around £5,000. What I received felt closer to a poorly coordinated budget operation. The level of care, quality control, and customer support was simply not there. To make matters worse, when raising these concerns, the company’s response felt dismissive and minimising. Instead of acknowledging the extent of the disruption and substandard service, I was met with a token “goodwill” gesture that didn’t begin to reflect the impact of their mistakes. The overall attitude was that I should simply accept what happened and move on. Sharps may produce nice designs, but the execution and aftercare were nowhere near the standard they claim to uphold. I would strongly urge anyone considering them to think carefully and look at alternatives. For the price point, the service should be exemplary — not a source of stress, disruption, and repeated correction. I regret choosing Sharps and would not recommend them based on my experience.

I would like to say a big thank you to the showroom consultant who was very warm and welcoming when I stepped into the showroom for assistance. She was friendly , cordial and helpful as she talked me through the entire process of how Sharps Bedroom team operates. She answered all my queries and I was delighted to go ahead with my plan after she booked an appointment and handing me a brochure. Thank you once again. A very big thank you to NICHOLAS PARKER ( The design Consultant) very friendly, easy to talk with, approachable ,name it ! HIS ASSISTANCE WAS IMPECCABLE ! He assisted me from start to finish in designing my bedroom and offering suggestions all along the way. In was extremely content with the design. I did make several calls to him out of office hours and he did very kindly attend to my calls and assisting me whenever and wherever needed. You are an asset to the company ! thank you ever so much Mr Nicholas Parker ! for your invaluable service. Thank you Pete ( Suveryor) for all your assistance and cordial nature. I appreciate all you did. Last but not the least, Thank you to the BEST CARPENTER EVER !! IVELINE ! He completed a 2 days job in just one day. A very industrious and simple man who loves what he does. He was very organised, systematic, neat and extremely skilful. He consulted me all along and offered his input and suggestions, yet not imposing anything on me. He cleared all the rubbish and cleaned up before leaving. I felt so blessed ! The final product ?? mind-blowing wardrobe and work table ! what a beautiful creation ! strong, sturdy, good quality of wood used and very professionally done making use of every inch of space. Got a very spacious wardrobe !! I love it !. My kids love it too ! I am enjoying my bedroom now and spend so much of time there in my little sanctuary of peace. Thank you Mozma, for sending the BEST CARPENTER ! An incredible experience from start to finish ! THANK YOU SHARPS ! SURE TO VISIT AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE !
