Happy with the quality and fitting of our wardrobes and office furniture. Fitter was quick and very tidy. Pre fitting service was excellent, cannot praise too highly the young lady who I dealt with. Not happy that I had to phone several times to have the rebbish left in the front garden removed.

Very pleased with wardrobe and fitting. Only down side was we had to dispose of the rubbish afterwards (which we were not aware of beforehand), not a problem but would have been nice to have known this first. Fitter was excellent and left the room very tidy (rubbish left outside). Unfortunately there was a mix up in the final paperwork as we were left with the wrong customer papers and paid the balance on their account (only different by £1.30). We were then continuously chased for payment of our outstanding account which had been allocated against the other customer. All sorted eventually with no problems (we didn't have to pay the extra £1.30!!!)

The bedroom was fitted as part of a rebuild. after much toing and froing they finally agreed to install it when it was required. Unfortunately I was not at the house when it was fitted as the builders were still on site. When I called in the day after it was finished the cupboards had not been fitted to the exact drawing but it was not that far out. I was not pleased with either the salesman o the "surveyor". Neither seemed to be sure of what they were doing.

My expectations were not really met with Sharps. The designer didn't give you time to think about it as promised. He didn't really show me all the different options available and I think probably just made assumptions about me and my lifestyle and budget. He also strongly suggested that the fitter would do more than he did despite me asking. The fitter has done a good job but there are a couple of annoying small things that he could have asked about whilst on site. Door closures etc. Overall could have had same job I'm sure by a chippy for half the price.

Great product but the process was a little time consuming. I am really pleased with my Sharps wardrobes, so pleased that I have had two separate bedrooms done. The fitter was really professional and managed to do all that we needed without making any mess. The quality will clearly last a long time and they look stunning. The only issue was that the initial consultation lasted over 2 hours and then they had to come back another time to check it was done right the first time and this also took a couple of hours. I also paid on card and unfortunately it was declined as my bank were concerned it had been stolen due to the large amount in one go. I paid the next day once I had spoken to my bank but sharps then tried to charge my card again and this froze my bank account entirely. The accounts lady was very apologetic and nice about it but it took a number of days to sort out and again was a little frustrating. I am a busy lady as I work full time and so found this a little long winded. The upside is though that at least they were trying to be thorough and accurate so I can't blame them for that! I would use them again so that's all that matters. Thanks Sharps. Mrs Sally West, Bretby

I was happy with my bedroom, but i was not fully satisfied with my sons room. I was not fully satisified with my sons room because the joinings are quite feesable and i didnt expect that from a big company like sharps.Also the screws are starting to loosen.

Overall we are happy with the design. installation and quality of our wardrobes. We have had a problem with after sales care however, the wardrobes require four door handles; the ones the fitter brought were not the model we ordered. He fitted them but said he would sort out replacing them with the required type, however nothing happened. We subsequently contacted Sharps because of faulty hinges and also asked could we have the door handles replaced with the type ordered. Another fitter appeared and sorted out the hinges, but unfortunately he arrived with only one handle instead of the four needed, and that one was again not the design we had ordered. Even though we had complied with Sharp's request to send them a photo of the offending handle to ensure they sourced the correct replacements. Fitter 2 said that he would arrange for us to be sent the correct handles but to date no sign of them.

Very good service start to finish. We have sloping ceilings in our house and sharps fitted perfect wardrobes around ceilings. Lovely job

Flexibility of delivery extremely poor, arranged for same week delivery and fitting due to work commitments. However was rung at work week prior to arrangement being told by Lorraine there was no information about the proposed delivery arrangements and that they couldn't be done. My husband had to have a day off work, losing pay. Delivery men phoned the day before the new arranged date asking to deliver in the middle of that afternoon, when no one was in. He was a little disgruntled and I was told well it will have to be tomorrow at 7:30am which was the arranged day. They arrived at 7:30am which actually meant my husband didn't need to have lost a days pay .I wonder will we be compensated? When we looked in out pack which came with the delivery the paper work was very clearly marked with the same week delivery/fitting marked on it so who didn't read the sheet again I wonder? When we saw what little was delivered it made us very pleased we had negotiated our price down from £8000 to £3000. The mark up must be amazing on these products.The fitter arrived on time and worked incredible hard on his own he sorted problems when the door was faulty and he'd had no hinges delivered. He was very amenable and professional. He tidied every day before he left and took care nothing was hindering us. The job finished to a high standard by the fitter. I would recommend the fitting but not the lack of communication and flexibility of the made arrangements.

I liked the product and believe the flexibility in the range being able to be built to fit difficult areas is fantastic and the quality appears good but.........I was put in a difficult situation of having to make a quick decision or loose out on an additional 15% discount. This sum would be a fantastic additional saving and put pressure on me to commit when I really needed more time to plan everything in more detail. Sale lost as a result! Please don't push customers!

Salesperson/designer that came to the house did not really listen to our needs and very much pushed on us what he thought was best for us. Hence the finished room does not meet our needs in terms of layout and storage. We went with Sharps because they were cheaper than the other quotes. The fitter was pleasant, but we did not notice until he had gone that there was a large scratch across one of the surfaces. We had no way of proving it was there before he left and that we had not done it ourselves so we have to put up with it. The fitter also took paint off the walls in several places.We also found that he had swept all the sawdust and dirt behind the cupboards and left it there - Yuck! Cupboards seem fairly sturdy and drawers run smoothly. Overall it was OK but nothing special.

Sharps were very keen to give a quote and were quick to respond and provide options. We resisted the temptation to sign up there and then and insisted that we take our time. This didn't cause an issue but we had to be firm. Fitting was faultless and done to an excellent standard. The only quibble is after sales service. We have a faulty door and are having to wait 6 weeks to have someone rectify it. Sharps aren't cheap and so I expect top drawer after sales service which I don't think we're getting. Hence 3 starts.

The Sharps bedroom was very expertly fitted when I moved into my new flat at the end of October 2014. Both sales consultants and fitter were good. However a few weeks later I tried to order an extra small bedside cabinet and was told I would have to pay list price, with any discounts, as it could not be considered as part of my original order. As the price quoted was well over £400 I refused and ordered one from somewhere cheaper. It is a pity it does not exactly match the other bedroom furniture, but I saved approx. £320 by doing this. Find it hard to believe that Sharps take this attitude, for whatever reason they quoted at the time, which resulted in a loss of goodwill for the company.

Very helpful, informative and customer friendly but lacked a little finesse during the design stage and installation that I found out when I start using the wardrobe. This is a design detail that I expect from a designer to pick up and advise on as the Sharp range is very expensive. This level of detail will differentiate the Sharp range from less expensive alternatives.

We chose Sharps knowing that they would be expensive, in order to get good service and a good product. The sales person was good and I believe offered the best price available. Arrangements for delivery were very poor and the two men who delivered the materials were rude and unhelpful. Nobody turned up on the agreed installation date, for which we had arranged for someone to be in all day but a courtesy call was made a 10.30 to see how things were progressing which at least meant someone at the office sorted it out for the following day, having initially said we would have to wait another two weeks. The fitter who came worked hard and the wardrobes look great, although the two screws holding the hinges at the bottom of one of the doors have fallen out less than six months after installation. We have to wait for nearly three weeks for someone to sort it out, as the screws won't just go back in; the holes for them are too big. Confirmation letter that says they are coming to fix it has a rather blunt statement about having to pay £75 if it was not an installation or fitting problem. We will have to wait and see how effectively they fix it. All in all, very average service at a high price.

Great wardrobes ...well fitted....let down by very poor after sales staff who never call back and always have to "speak to my manager" before making any decision One bedroom finished...very pleased so we ordered another one almost immediately....no mention made of a second purchase discount...when queried they eventually, after many phone calls and no promised call backs, said the discount had been included in the quote although no mention of it was made at the time... Once they had our money, the company was let down by very poor customer service ....wouldn't use them again!

Going on previous reports of Sharps built-in wardrobes and furniture we were expecting a real top class product especially for the amount of money spent. We were however rather disappointed with the product which is not particularly solid and the hinges fitted to the doors are so flimsy we expect they will fail or the doors will drop before long. The chest of drawers and bedside tables are not good quality for the price and no better than much cheaper flat packed furniture obtainable from any on-line retailer. The actual fitting experience was rather fraught with damage to the brand new ceiling (the fitter denied it was his fault) necessitating a complete re-paint. A mirror was also missed off the order and had to be fitted retrospectively along with some other adjustments to stop doors hitting walls. All in all a disappointing and expensive experience and we subsequently would not recommend Sharps to any of our acquaintances.

Overpriced manufacturer who think there is no one better on the market - wrong ....... Spaceslide actually manufactures for sharps some stuff and they're much cheaper and down to earth

I found the entire process drawn out, visit a shop, no prices given or indication, Designer visits - Prices higher than expected, Surveyor booked, Delivery date, Fitting days. Why the shop cant supply indication of price, or why a designer cannot provide survey quality designs is beyond me. 2 days for installation. The number of hours taken would have been 1 good day. I found it time consuming, and Sharps list of demands for install really put me off.
