Sharps were very keen to give a quote and were quick to respond and provide options. We resisted the temptation to sign up there and then and insisted that we take our time. This didn't cause an issue but we had to be firm.
Fitting was faultless and done to an excellent standard.
The only quibble is after sales service. We have a faulty door and are having to wait 6 weeks to have someone rectify it. Sharps aren't cheap and so I expect top drawer after sales service which I don't think we're getting. Hence 3 starts.
