They didn't turn up, and I'm glad,after reading their reviews..Dragons Den Entrepreneurs,it's a joke,they are just after your money. It shows how dim the dragons are for backing them. These people should not be in business please do not use them.

STAY AWAY! BUYER BEWARE AS THEY SAY! Disgusting, unethical company who clearly do not care about the consumer! They quoted me £150 for a service & MOT with free collection and drop off. Sounded good. Within a couple of hours of taking my car they call me to say it will cost me £1100 max, £615 minimum for my car to be returned as it failed its MOT for pads and discs and unless I pay they wont return my car! Imagine, they had taken my car to a garage one hour away from my home and now threatening not to return it! My car is practically brand new and has been maintained by the main dealer up until then who did not think my pads and discs needed changing! I will be reporting these thieves to trading standards.

Lack of attention from the servicing from the garage resulting in huge bill to put vehicle right. Servicing Stop customer care is dreadful, no one ever available nor ready to take ownership of complaint. Avoid.

Dishonest people untrustworthy liars and con artist avoid avoid avoid at all cost trading standards is my next call do not use utter RIP OFF and the garage they use do not trust these people especially Liam And Michael blatant liars Said I need special long life oil just lied about everything do not use

Please choose another option. Rude, unprofessional company (one tutted & hung up) . On the garage side: 'local' was 80 mile round trip and nearly 1/4 tank diesel. 'same day' is garage keeping your car until lunch next day without even letting you know whats going on. 'MOT' passed with faults that a reputable garage said shouldn't have been passed 'Service' what a joke. No evidence whatsoever service was carried out other than a smudged stamp with the wrong mileage in my book. Despite repeated requests for resolution Servicing Stop just ignore you. Contacted Trading Standards & seeking refund via 14 day online policy. AVOID!

chose this company as it was offering "service plus MOT at 60% less than approved garages" - how wrong i was ! people who came to collect car was decent however got call soon after saying the work will be coming to £900 PLUS The person on phone was very pushy saying all 4 break pads need replacing or MOT fail - despite pads being replaced in 2017 and various oil changes etc needed, ultimately agreed to £837. My wife on hearing tried to call back to cancel however no was then unobtainable despite many calls so ended up paying

Booked an MOT through this site mainly due to the pickup - return from work facility. Will never use again. Was left without car for entire weekend as SS did not call me to authorise MOT repairs until late on Friday afternoon, hours after garage had done initial test. Rep then told me car would be returned the following day (Saturday) - turns out the garage doing the work is not even open on the weekend !. Car was returned at 17:00 on Monday after numerous calls. Upon arrival car was absolutely filthy - had clearly been left outside all weekend and was covered in bird droppings. Contents of boot had been literally dumped on the back seat and footwell. Possibly the worst service I have ever experienced, both from garage and booking service.

Horrendous company - kept car for 3 days -overcharged for work and added unrequired work also. On MoT retest tried to add even more work not identified in the MoT the day before! Stated couldn’t do more work as required parts but then suddenly returned car unexpectedly stating it was done even though there was no time to do any work even if they did have the parts!! Complaint raised and admission that service appalling but refused any refund and they weren’t bothered my kids had to wait for collection from nursery on day 2/3 as they kept car on short notice- DO NOT USE!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Tried to charge me nearly 2000 pounds for work After speaking to another garage only my wing mirror needed doing to get through the mot they charged me 400 pounds. There advisors are pushy they tell you, you need special oil at an extra 28 pounds and advise you that your car needs so much more work done than it actually does. The garage that they sent it too rang me to say they would do it for 650. They are overpriced and the garage goes behind there backs to still try and get the work. I will never use them again. Pushy advisors.

Didn't return my car when said they would. Had to get a cab to drop my kids at school and get to work. Couldn't contact any customer service rep. after 6pm although open until 8pm. No compensation for cabs and wasted time/inconvenience Spoke to multiple advisors the following day who said they would call me back and never did. Was likely a genuine misunderstanding but terrible customer service made sure I won't use this service again.

Do not use . How can my car get a service with all the do called report ok then fail on an mot immediately after the report . Corrupt and bad customer service . DO NOT USE

I booked my service online being quoted £118 + a possible £25 for spark plugs or special oil. the cost was actually £249 witch included a charge of £30 = VAT for engine flush (Reduced from £40 when I complained). as this seemed expensive compared to what I had paid in the past at a main dealer. I got a friend to contact the Garage and ask how much they would charge and was advised that they charge £7 as it is just added to the engine oil, taken up to temp and then flushed out!! I then got my friend to call the garage back and ask how much it would cost for a service and the extras I had been charged for! They said until inspected they would not know if the brake fluid would need changing but, did come back with an estimate of £170??? This would lead me to believe that Service stop inflate the costs!!

Service cost 100 but then charge 200 for oil filter, upgraded oil and break fluid which is 35% more than any other garages ie kwikfit, mr clutch or halford. So £100 service is a trap. Won’t comeback again.

I was happy as there was 60% ( it is just to grab your attention and it is not real), and the service job will cost £ 120 at the beginning. The pick guy arrived on time. three hours later I had a call from the customer service telling the car is in good condition but there few things need to change in the brakes ( not sure what was it ) and will cost you in total £ 325 !!!. Because of my little experience and not understanding of what that was all about I just paid it. On Delivering the car, the guy told me, oh by the way the front wheels will need urgent change!!! .I told him I paid £325 and no one mentioned that to me. He was surprised by the money I paid and all that he said I am sorry and have a nice day. I think there is a local garage who did the real stuff and charge logically and there is the man on the phone who makes up a fancy number and there is me the foolish customer who just pay whatever asked to.

Awful service from servicing stop LTD. The garage my car was allocated to tried charging me directly for work that needed to be carried out. And after reviewing there recommendations I found that the work would have been half the price. The garage said go through them directly as it was cheaper than going through service stop... Be aware they do not allow you to have your car back until you have paid them. Also my car was not returned and I had to collect it myself. Best to go to a trusted garage yourself and book in with them otherwise you will be paying double what you should. My service from this company was poor at best... I liased with their customer service team and did not have a phone call back. In the end they still sent me demands for a service I did not receive. Hope the £20 was worth it servicing stop LTD...
