Needed a quick service done and most local garages were booked and I stumbled onto servicing stop. Guys from the actual garage were great and HONEST. But servicing stop is just a scam. Trying to oversell things your car does not need. Also, all at exorbitant prices. Great business model, but won't get return business with thier cowboy tactics. Please patronise them if only if you have money to waste. Great for draining your wallet.

Horrible service Very rude people it is 19:10 I did not have update where or when will be delivery my car nobody answer phone I am not happy and I would like to do a formal complaint I won’t use this service anymore

Great News Servicing Stop are being taken to court on 13-15 September 2021 by Enfield Trading Standards, I wonder how they will lie their way out of this one, it's about time they got their comeuppance, for all hurt that they have caused.

Do not use total scam company, Give the garages 50% of what they charge and make the garage use their parts which they claim are dealer parts and they use GSF!! Then tell lies that the garage have not even said by telling customers their vehicle is not road worthy and needs doing as it’s not safe to drive and scare the customers into having the work done! The customer services are rude and as soon as you question them they put the phone down!! Absolute joke of a company total scammers Just go to the garages direct they do not offer any different service, It’s the garage that collect the vehicles also not servicing stop. They just try to claim as much as they can out of people!! The garage does not even price for the work they do and charge 100% more than the garage would!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS GO TO THE GARAGE DIRECT AND GET A LOT BETTER SERVICE AND PRICE

Suckered in by cheap service but then got absolutely conned. By the time i managed to get hold of someone to talk about the results of the service, it was getting late in the day and of course i was apprehensive about getting my car back (a sales tactic i'm sure). I was told that I needed replacement brakes and one new tyre. When i stalled due to the extortionate prices being quoted, i was told that the tyre was just an advisory but the brakes were important. I was quoted a ridiculous price of over £300 to get both sets of brakes replaced but as i was told they needed doing and also was worried about getting my car back that day, i reluctantly accepted. Cut forward a couple of hours and i receive the invoice by email. The work was not for replacement brakes but just replacement brake PADS! I was charged over £300 for replacement BRAKE PADS!!!! Due to the price quoted i had assumed i needed new pads AND discs. When i received my car back and checked the serivce checklist, the brake pads, along with one of the tyres, were identified as 'Low' so it wasn't even imperative that i had them replaced! I emailed my concerns to servicing stop and i was told if i got a quote from a main dealer for the same work they would refund the difference if cheaper. I did this and was quoted cheaper by £102 so sent servicing stop the quote. They then backtracked and said the price needed to include the service also. I argued that of course the service was going to be more expensive at a main dealer, hence why i used servicing stop for the service!! My issue is not with the price charged for the service, but for the extortionate price charged for replacement brake pads and the poor sales tactics used to coerce me into accepting the repairs even though they didn't need doing urgently! I feel ripped off, conned and stressed out by this appalling company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY; THEY ARE A CON.

I don't know how they are still getting away with ripping people off . There is a Facebook group of 600 people who have stories about how they were treated badly and ripped off .don't use this company ..

Keep well away from these rip off merchants. They totally scammed my son ( who is a vulnerable adult) for a huge amount of money. They capture you by offering what sells like a competitive price, then rip you off with inflated prices and work that doesn't need to be done. I don't know how they live with themselves, they should be absolutely ashamed!

Stay away!, I repeat...Stay away!!. I would have given this less than 1 star if possible. I booked in for a full service and MOT. Car was collected early today only to be called mid-afternoon that my car failed MOT due to my x2 rear suspensions that needs replacing for about £398 each (£796 total) to which I replied not to go ahead. Let us assume this even needs changing, its no where £800 for this sort of job...a complete rip off. I know better for next time..go to my local trusted mechanic

Car was meant to be collected between 8-10am today. Took the day off work only for no one to turn up or call. Got sent a txt with a number to contact, so tried calling but the number said we tried to call you then the line went dead. No one had called me. I then found out from confirmation on booking email to where my car was going to be serviced and MOT’D. I then googled garage and called only to find out the number not recognized. I then looked on google for building only to find out it looked like a building that was not in use. As you can imagine I was very worried by now as I had paid upfront £162 for a service and MOT that had not been done. I then opened a live chat but it kept on asking questions and then me having to rewrite my problem, which was very frustrating and I gave up after an hour of doing this. I then went onto Service Stop and typed in that I was going to book a service as beforehand they called me straight away so I thought I would try this way to see if it would work and yes it did. I explained my problem and the guy on the phone even went on to google and looked at the garage my car was meant to be going to. He even said it didn’t look right and this is a member of their staff. I said I wanted a full refund as I hadn’t cancelled booking it was a no show but he said he would pass message on. I contacted my bank and explained what had happened and opened a dispute with the company for the amount i paid. Thanks to HSBC my dispute payment is in my bank today which they told me could take up to 30 days. PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM. I feel as if I have dodged a bullet from looking at other reviews where they have collected car and made out the car needs work and held car to ransom until customer has paid.

Do not use these ripped me and my wife off we OAP’s and live on a pension which now they have stolen . Wouldn’t return car till paid £700 only went for a £160 service. Thought I could trust them but do not use do not trust . SCAM AND RIP YOU OFF . Saying need special oil which I was warned they would try do to

I booked and paid for my MOT and service online. They collected my car at 8am and then I received a phone call from an advisor who started talking to me about engine cleaning and fuel lines, information which I didn't understand and I told this man that I was autistic and didn't understand what he was telling me. He told me for my car to stay in good condition it needed additional works and this would cost an extra £451.66. So I got sent a link to pay the additional fortune which I had to put on a credit card as I couldn’t afford this amount and was panicking as I didn’t understand how my car could be so broken. I work from home and don't drive often and my car already had a full service a year ago and within a year I did about 5000 miles, so not enough for all of this to come about. I spoke to a friend about 10 minutes after paying and speaking to this man who said that he thought them were taking advantage of me and upselling. So I called them back to stop the work, but apparently it had already been completed in the 20 minutes since I paid. SO as soon as I paid the work got started and they managed to complete £451.66’s amount of work in such a short amount of time. The customer service person could not care less and I don’t believe they actually did anything to help me at all. It gets to 8pm and I check my booking paperwork as it should be delivered by then, but my car had not been returned. I have a black box fitted to my car and opened the app to find it and it was parked just the other side at the village at the drivers house, I knocked on the door as the numbers for servicing stop and the garage were closed and the drivers partner answered saying he was now at another job and he would call me. An hour later he rang to say that servicing stop told him NOT to deliver my car as I had not paid! He then proceeded to say that he would deliver my car when he is back at about 10pm. He did not deliver it until gone 11pm that night, leaving his rubbish form his lunch in my car and sticky redbull which he spilled in the centre console. Servicing stop did not apologise, did not update me and generally took advantage of my autism, and I am have never felt like such an unvalued, unappreciated person in my life. I really hope that this stops another person being conned into spending a fortune on a car that DID NOT NEED IT. For those who want to know what the work done was that cost the extra £451.66 is POLLEN FILTER (SERVICE ADVISORY) £87.63 SPARK PLUGS (SERVICE ADVISORY) £168.29 COOLANT (SERVICE ADVISORY) £85.53 FUEL TREATMENT (SERVICE ADVISORY) £110.21 I am so upset even writing this, just to be taken advantage of in such a way. I am a person, I work hard like everyone else, I did not deserve to be taken advantage of like this, and without so much as a second thought once money was exchanged.

I have been ripped off by this company and I am willing to take them to court , get the police involved and my bank’s fraud team as I consider it financial deceit. It's 9.55pm and I am still waiting for my car to be returned. I have already missed an appointment tonight and will not be able to get to work tomorrow morning unless it is returned. I have visions of it being ragged to death or used in some criminal activity. I have reported it stolen to the police. This is beyond acceptable. I keep wanting to give the benefit of the doubt but everything is pointing to the proverbial wee being taken here. I hope my car is ok. Avoid using these! I feel like a fool.

Steer CLEAR of these ROBBING BASTARDS !!! .. they entice you with a low price 'up front', but then, if your car needs parts replacing, they 'up the anti' on the 'actual' price of parts of labour, charged by the garage in question .. in my case 'at least' a 10 / 20 % invcrease on everything .. SCANDALOUS !! .. as I said .. ' STEER WELL CLEAR ' .. I notice only '30%' of customers said they recommended them .. that means '70%' DIDN'T !! .. says it all really ... I, for one, WILL NOT be going anywhere near them again ... I would 'advise' everybody else to do the same, and get these THIEVES out of business !!! .. Mike

Specialist oil is a con. Plus all the other unnecessary garbage the salesman Daniel tried to add onto my service. I should have told him to shove it, but as i’d already payed up front, and was at work and stressed, i decided to take the hit for the bs engine oil extra, but refused everything else he tried to add on. What a total con and rip off. My car didn’t even return clean, and i’ll be inspecting the work recorded on my invoice. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

These con artists robbed me of more than £600 adding on extras which were NOT agreed to. Have reported them to Trading Standards & have been advised very recently that they are being taken to court for luring people in with cheap prices & then adding on unnecessary exorbitant extras. They will get their just deserts!!!

Avoid at all costs, sitting without a car no contact apart from a phone call saying they wanted 95 pounds to release my car , it is 2 years old with 6 thousand miles no idea where it is or when I am getting it back , absolutely disgusting people
