Well..£140, just for picking up my car, then the bill starts. They done nothing but change the oil..£35, later. No filter change etc etc. STAY AWAY.. RUBBISH

Awful service! Feel sorry for the workers in the garages that servicing stop uses that get the blame when its actually servicing stop that is making up extra jobs and costs on the phone that doesnt even need doing and without the garages knowing!

Would never use again! £123 service… great…. then… £478 extras of which £217 for a brake fluid change!!!! RIP OFF SCAM!!!!

ABSOLUTE CROOKS! How DARE you rip off a family member for a "routine" service?! They were quoted a respectable £120—a fair price compared to the £395 main dealer charge. But you people are nothing more than a bunch of THIEVING SWINDLERS, because you saw fit to jack the price up to a mind-boggling £638.02. You had the gall to add on extra services and parts without authorization, inflating the bill with your criminally high prices! Let's break down your disgusting scheme, shall we? You charged: £115 for an air filter! £170 for brake fluid! £95 for a pollen filter! That's not even including VAT! These prices are 3 or 4 times more than even genuine Nissan parts. You aren't mechanics, you're common thieves preying on honest people. And to add to your deplorable tactics, you HELD THEIR CAR HOSTAGE! My family member only "authorised" this daylight robbery because you threatened to withhold their vehicle. They needed the car to pick up their children from school. That's not authorisation—that's EXTORTION! You are the absolute scum of the earth and I hope karma comes for you, because you deserve to be wiped from the face of it! Why bother to email? You take weeks to reply, and forget calling, you never answer the phone. They have tried many, many times. Had the work you carried out been impacting the safety of the car I could understand But a pollen filter, and brake flush on a 2 year old car How do you sleep at night?

I will not be using this service again due to a complete lack of communication. They did not inform me where my car was being serviced and were consistently unresponsive to phone calls. The most serious issue occurred when my car was not returned after the service was completed. With no way to contact anyone, I was genuinely concerned it had been misplaced or stolen. It was only because I could track the car via GPS that I avoided filing a police report. The car was finally delivered the following day, but the overall experience was unacceptable

I booked what I thought would be a routine service through Servicing Stop, expecting a straightforward and fairly priced experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be much more expensive and frustrating than I anticipated. Once my car was collected, I was contacted about additional work – including a brake fluid flush and a "special oil" for my Hyundai Kona – all at prices much higher than what local garages charge. I was told that if I didn’t agree to pay £140 extra for this oil, my service book wouldn’t be stamped. This left me feeling pressured into paying, as I would have had to arrange another service elsewhere just to get the stamp. In total, what started as a £140 pre-paid service turned into a £277 bill, without any real additional work being done. The invoice listed charges for an oil flush and the "special oil price difference," none of which were mentioned in the original quote. Trying to reach Servicing Stop by phone afterward was nearly impossible – the line either rang endlessly or appeared invalid, leaving me feeling like I’d been blocked once they had my payment. While the car collection and return service is convenient, the lack of pricing transparency, upselling pressure, and inability to easily contact them made this a terrible experience. When the garage dropped off my car, the driver looked shocked at the invoice and even confirmed that they themselves would never charge such inflated prices for oil. Overall, I left feeling overcharged, pressured, and completely dissatisfied. I would not recommend Servicing Stop to anyone looking for an honest, fairly priced service.

They took my car and l got a call from them saying they could not start the service as the oil sump plug was rounded off. They quoted me £360 plus vat to weld a nut onto it so they could unscrew it. This would take around 10 minutes!! They also said I may need a new sump at a cost of £1500 plus vat!! A new sump off eBay is £100!! I told them to return the car which they did and I am awaiting a refund. Drove car onto ramps and used a socket and the plug came straight out!! Avoid these scammers at all costs!!!!

Car picked up as promised and passed MOT but then told over £2000 work needed found, declined all this but then told they HAD to replace the brake fluid £244, more than double any other providers of this service! Car not returned until 7.30 at night, no MOT certificate, not up date on the computer service record on my car and no invoice detailing work done etc. I have no idea if the oil was changed, or, in fact, if anything was done at all - apart from the radio station breing changed! I know it's tempting to have a collect and delivery service BUT STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

Booked car service with Servicing Stop and was quoted £210 for full service and MOT.Garage picked my car up 8am and said it would be returned between 4pm and 6pm. I was rang about 11am by serving stop and was told that my car had passed it MOT but a number minor issues had been found which I declined to have done. Then they said being a diesel car i would need oil upgrade £29 which I agreed to, they then said it would need an engine flush at £105 which I refused. I was then told that they could not put the engine oil in without a flush which I disagreed with but then said l had to have the flush before oil could be replaced. Please don’t be taken in by Servicing Stop, just remember when your phone rings to tell about your repairs it’s not the Garage calling but a rip off salesperson from servicing stop. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!

Stay well clear of this company. The quote an amount for a service then ring you with a bill for 100's of pounds. Had a problem with the payment link and they wouldn't return car. Had me running around for hours, kept telling me that there driver was off sick, all this on moving day 3 and half hours away to Stafford. Absolutely shocking to me on the phone. Stay clear at all cost. Absolutely shocking rip off merchants.

Complete scam artists. Hidden charges for premium membership of £25 pm embedded deep within their long list of T&Cs; called to tell me a long list of work needed to be carried out to make it road safe - I had sent it in for an oil service and the caller was then rude and intimidating when I queried and said no.

I would give service stop 0 stars. They are the biggest scam artists ever. I booked my BMW in for an oil service and a mot. They collected the car and then I got a call from service stop asking for £377 pounds for something else they said I needed done. I refused the extras and the guy on phone got very rude. I phoned my BMW dealership and was told that my car didn’t need anything done till next year. The only thing it was due was the oil change. This is also what the computer on the car was flagging up. When they delivered my car back the garage who done the work were unaware of the phone call that I received. It was service stop that were trying to scam me. I am now aware that service stop take the booking and the money then they send the car to a local garage for the work to be carried out. This has caused me so much stress that I was vomiting. Please avoid service stop they are scammers. Please read all the terrible reviews they have from so many car owners that have had bad experiences.

Service stop DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I recently used Service Stop I booked a MOT & Service I was quoted £156 They collected my car as agreed the next day I was contacted by Service Stop to say Mot had failed and required bushes replacing at an additional cost of £1550 I said I did not want the work doing , they replied the work has already started . My car was not returned the next day as promised. I tried calling and emailing and also tried to use there chat line ,none of which I could get a response to. I looked on line to find many poor reviews and scams reported . We found the garage where the car was being worked on after advice from the police. They would not release the car until I paid the £1550 . I contacted a reputable local garage and was told the Service Mot and bush replacement would be around £500 I spoke to one of the directors , eventually who was very arrogant. and was obviously used to dealing with unhappy customers and adamant that the cost was £1550 and had to be paid before the car was released . please don’t not use Service Stop unless you want to be ripped off .

All, I am sharing my personal experience with this service. I must say a big NO to using this scammer company. I used this service to get my car serviced and paid £170 online. They send you a message saying “pay now online to get a discount,” but when you reach the payment page, there’s no discount applied—you end up paying the same price that was shown at the beginning. Once your car is picked up for service, you get a call with a long list of work that they say needs to be done, which will cost you hundreds of pounds extra. If you say no, they respond by saying things like “your car won’t work” or “you are in danger of a breakdown.” They will forcefully convince you to get the work done. Now, after paying over £600 for the service, guess what I see in my car? The screen wash is empty, the coolant is below the required level—basic things that should have been checked and filled during any proper service! My friend, with a similar car and mileage, got his service done at Kwik Fit for just £180, and everything was done properly. It was my mistake to choose this company. I will never use them again, and I strongly urge all of you—do not use this service. This is a big scam.

Never Again Don’t use them You are not kept up to date by the garage as to what needs to be done, any repairs You can never get hold of Service Stop on the phone when they do answer you are cut off, Was quoted one price and totally different one the next day Disgraceful

You are scammers.You charged me £989 for MOT & Service. The garage who did the work has told me they did not replace the parts you charged for. Their bill to you was £400! DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.

booked an mot and was offered cheap service(interim).I didnt need a service as the car was fully serviced about 8 month prior, but thought i might as well get it done before winter. 1 hour after i paid they emailed me to say they couldnt do the mot on the day arranged due to staff shortage. The earliest they could get it done was 7 days later.II phoned around locally and no one else was available locally, so i had to agree, which ment i couldnt drive the car for that week.They arrived late for collection, and the youngster who picked it up said they were unlikely to get it back the same day as they were busy. A bit annoyed but accepted that as he had at least advised me of their problem. at about 1645 there was a knock on the door and there was a different guy from the garage returning my car. I was initially pleased, but on checking the paperwork found only vaguely worded checklist and list of checks but no mot cert. I called the garage but only got answer machine so i sent email enquiring where was the mot cert, which was all i really needed. I got an answerphone message about 20 minutes later from the garage saying seervice stop hadnt booked an mot! To add insult to injury the garage said they couldnt do the mot for another week! I need the car on the road. I tried phoning servicestop but line continually had engaged tone. I sent message through their bot to contact me on my phone.. no response. I am now drafting a letter to their head offices and forwarding the matter to trading standards. As i paid using my visa card i am also instructing them to cancel the payment made as this service is anything but satisfactory.

Would rate in minus if possible. Booked a service and mot then got flooded with mail, text and calls. After they took my car i was dead to them. They called once to add the additional charges on changing my 1 brake fuild break pad and filer for 315 pounds. Customer care was very rude and giving unnecessary attitude. No help no accountability. No report has been provided. Avoid this scam called sERviCiNG sTOp.
