“The staff were extremely friendly and well informed. The eye test itself was very good. I am diabetic and felt that all of my needs were cared for.”

“Not only do Scrivens have friendly expert staff, their prices are pretty good too! They produced two pairs of prescription glasses for me well within the promised time. Thank you.”

“I found all the team extremely helpful, even I went back as I couldn’t cope with my new glasses, the problem was sorted very quickly and I now have a new pair of glasses which are brilliant.”

“I'm very happy with my new glasses .but I'm not happy I wasn't told it would take nearly 3 weeks to receive my glasses plus still been waiting for the 20pund gift card I was promised so that communication needs to be improved for happy customer .hope to soon receive my gift card”

“When ever I visit the shop in rugeley I'm always met a lovely smiling staff who are very friendly and helpful in every way they tell me everything that is going to happen and that puts my brain at ease so there is nothing to worry about I recently had a hearing test done there and the gentleman was very easy to talk to he explained everything to me before and after the test was over then fitted me some very nice hearing aids which I now love to wear always now icant Express how happy I am with service these people give to me...”

“Yesterday I had a hearing test withJamil at my local surgery. He was so helpful and explained each procedure and explained the results on his computer. I came out having been fitted with aids. They are amazing , my husband is pleased as television sound now down ! Thank you Jamil it was such a positive consultation.”

“Terrible aftercare service, had nothing but problems with the hearing aids, the only saving grace was Matthew Simson the audiologist at the branch and now he has left! Head office have been absolutely useless . I have rechargeable hearing aids where I was told that the charge would last at least 24 hours , they were only lasting about 10 hours, the charger was apparently faulty so they said that they were send out another one, it never arrived after chasing up several times in the end Matthew at the branch sorted it out. This has got to be the very worst customer service ever!”

“Just an update from Monday’s post still waiting for my refund finally got a call back from customer service after 4 attempts they said it was processed last week what a load of rubbish they pretty quick to take your money every month but don’t like to give it back.will Keep this site updated how long it takes”

“I have been very pleased with the service I have received from the Ely branch of Scrivens. My eye test was very thoroughly completed and I was helped to choose my new glasses by a very helpful and knowledgeable assistant.”

“Excellent 5 star service and such helpful staff. I went in to get a prescription filled as i had bought the frames in NYC, they took care of everything and within 2 weeks I had my beautiful glasses back. Highly recommend and will use again.”

“Excellent and very professional service from our local branch of Scrivens especially from member of staff Jessica Collier who went out of her to help my wife and I find the right type of glasses/frames for us. The glasses were ready very quickly for us and we are so pleased. Would highly recommend this branch to anyone.”
