“Very happy with the members of the team that looked after me during my visit. The optician was very thorough and had a very good manor. I was pleasantly surprised with you prices too and I have recommended Scrivens to lots of people since.”

“Fantastic service at the broadstone branch great advice friendly and helpful from start to finish and not pushy in selling products only advised on the correct glasses felt really confortable a credit to scrivens”

“2 sight tests 2 pairs of glasses couldn’t see out of any of them made the mistake of paying for them before I got them promised a full refund still trying to get my money back customer service a joke beware of the bishop Auckland store no one knows what they doing and very abrupt manager will report in a new review if I ever get my money back”

“Utterly appalling. Appointments booked that the audiologist wasn’t aware of. Then double booked. Then third appointment made and audiologist STILL not aware. Dreadful service. Avoid.”
