“As always the staff at Scrivens provide exceptional care and understanding when my Mum goes for her eye tests & prescription (Stroke & Frailty being her main illness) Treating her with dignity & respect. I’d thoroughly recommend them to anyone needing eyetests etc. Thank you”

“I was very satisfied with my recent visit.As usual the were very helpful ,They helped me chose a suitable Frame for my face shape and sorted out every visionary requirements with a friendly personality,Was very impressed with the customer service.”

“very bad service, delayed delivery for more than a month. not educated staff. terrible treatment with customers. will not solve your service even if it was free”

“Very friendly staff,and the young optician was very thorough and answered any questions. I had lost my previous pair and needed a new pair asap, I was quoted two weeks.when in actual fact it was only a week. A very good service that I would recommend to anyone.”

“Came to Scrivens through recommendation of a colleague. This is the first time I have visited an independant optician as usually I would visit a large chain store. I found Scrivens to be very thorough, professional and courteous. Very friendly and informative and their eye test fee is very competitive, far more competitive than some of the others which I was quite impressed about. I plan to return to Scrivens from now on and will recommend them to others.”
