“Friendly service, good advice and very good frames for the price. The sight test was very efficient and the sales assistant made several recommendations in my price range. I now have the glasses and my vision is great with them. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“I have been a Scrivens customer for many years now and rely on them for my regular sight tests and subsequent purchase of glasses. I've always found them friendly and helpful, this time was no different. I can be quite picky with choosing frames as I wear glasses all the time, but I find my time spent picking out frames is relaxed and the staff helpful and patient.”

“All the staff are very helpful and polite and aim to solve any issues. The only problem I have is the poor range of rimless specs and sunglasses”

“During my eye test I was given confusing advice by the examining optician regarding my need or otherwise, to satisfy the legal need regarding my work for me to wear glasses. The wearing being the first time. Confused, the shop assistant then sold me far more expensive lens than was stated in my first ever prescription.(i have no idea how to read a prescription) No options nor advice were offered. A day later and now wise to the deception i later amended my order to what the prescription stated. I have little experience of opticians.. I've now learnt something disappointingly bad.”

“Very pleasant staff at the Feltham branch. Received a very professional service. All my questions were answered with a plum. Delivered earlier than planned. Oh did I say they have very pleasant staff at the Feltham branch.”
