“my wife had to have her eyes retested, as the first set were unusable, even now they are not comfortable and we will go elsewhere. We were also encouraged to pay a deposit on hearing aids then told to go see our Dr to be sent to specialist to get ears checked for problems, waisted deposit.”

“I was told I would get an email when my specs. would be ready but I never recieved one . So in the end I went in and was told they had been there a day or two. This was not good as I had paid up on the day of consultation.”

“The Optician has been for some time now very good at his job. The sales team are more overpowering and lean to wards intimidation by following up the most clever worded fishing offers. ie rewards that are not applied.”

“I am really pleased with my new glasses, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Scrivens here in Royston to everyone. They gave me time to select new frames and encouraged me to try a variety of different styles. The sight test was carried out thoroughly in a comfortable and relaxed manner. Excellent service all round!”

“The optician was very veey good but I was so disappointed with the fitting and service I received regards my glasses. I’m still very dissatisfied as the lenses are thick and I paid to have them thiner. Because of the ill fitting i chose another pair but it was only pointed out that the edge would be thicker not the whole lense or I would have chosen a different frame. Also in hind sight I should have had the cash I paid for thinner lenses refunded. Regards Robert Moore”
