“Great service, timely reminders, friendly, personable staff. The optician was knowledgable and professional. The after care (measuring and fitting) was first rate. I would recommend Scrivens to anyone requiring hearing or vision assessment and help.”

“The staff at Scrivens in Diss were most friendly and helpful. I was very undecided about varifocals as I had previously tried them and had difficulties. They advised me that I could try them again but if I was not completely happy they would exchange them for one pair of readers and one pair long distance, provided this was in a certain timeframe. I think this is excellent service and would certainly recommend them.”

“Optician was very efficient and gave me confidence that I would finish up with improved vision. Unfortunately, this was not matched by the rest of the team as both pairs of glasses were made to the wrong prescription. Doubt if I will use Scrivens again.”

“I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE I RECEIVED. THE OPTICIAN HAD A VERY RELAXING MANNER AND VOICE AND WAS VERY EFFICIENT. JAZ DEALT WITH ME IN THE SHOP AND HELPED ME TO FIND THE BEST NEW GLASSES. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE EMAIL AND PHONE CALLS TO SAY THAT MY GLASSES WERE READY. MY NEW GLASSES WERE CHECKED IN THE SHOP, ALL GOOD.”

“I can't recommend this Opicians highly enough nothing was to much trouble .These are the best glasses I have ever had I have a complex prescription and they took a lot of time to get it exactly right . The world had just been polished for me Thank you so much”

“Used Specsavers for a number of years ,decided to try scrivens Coventry road Sheldon birmingham,so pleased we changed, could not have been treated any better,staff so friendly and helpful,will definitely go there again.Graham hill”

“my wife had to have her eyes retested, as the first set were unusable, even now they are not comfortable and we will go elsewhere. We were also encouraged to pay a deposit on hearing aids then told to go see our Dr to be sent to specialist to get ears checked for problems, waisted deposit.”

“I was told I would get an email when my specs. would be ready but I never recieved one . So in the end I went in and was told they had been there a day or two. This was not good as I had paid up on the day of consultation.”
