“Once more I must give the staff at the Newark branch the highest star rating. And usual I was greeted with the highest courtesy and dealt with professionally. A joy to visit!”

“I have been a client at the Cotteridge Branch for 20yrs plus. Always had excellent advise and treatment from the staff. I would recommend your company to anyone without any worry. The staff are always willing to adjust your spectacles as and when necessary.”

“First visit to Rotherham Scrivens on Friday 14 August and it won’t be my last visit. Both ladies made me feel welcome and the optician was professional and through even with the COVID 19 situation. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and because I am a key worker I get a discount. I can’t wait to receive my new glasses”

“When attending the opticians in order get have my new spectacles adjusted, I received swift, efficient, courteous and professional service. My new spectacles took longer than usual to be delivered. However, the order coincided with the Covid 19 lockdown and my prescription is complex so this was unsurpring. When they arrived they were in perfect condition and I was able chto make an immediate adjustment to the new lens.”
