“Emma the Manager of your Bourne branch is a gem, a real asset to your company. I have a very complicated prescription with prisms for astigmatisms in both eyes following cataract surgery several years ago. As a result, fine tuning is absolutely essential in getting the base curve spot on, as well as locating frames that suit my very small face. Emma has always been extremely patient and honest with me in offering suggestions and advice on the best choices for me. She is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. You could not find a better employee!”

“Had problem with eye, contacted Scrivens chesterfield after consultation on phone arrange appointment at another Scrivens Sheffield (as chesterfield could not fit me in ) for that afternoon as my symptoms needed prompt action ! the service i revived from both branches was excellent . Would have no worries recommending Scrivens”

“Eye test went ok, but not a great deal of choice in small ladies glasses. Very few colours to choose from. I was disappointed.”

“A* Service at Scrivens Chigwell. I was able to get an eye test at a time that suited me. The staff were really friendly and very accomodating. They were even willing to stay late for me to collect my glasses after work. Special thanks to Jo & Anne!”

“Excellent service, great staff, very helpful. Any problems they will fit you in for an appointment very prompt to help you out. Have both my glasses and contact lenses from Scrivens. Opticians always give you a good eye test and contact lens test. Been using Scrivens for years, keep up the great work, thank you.”
