“I was extremely satisfied with the care from Kerry Small and Simon at your Ringwood Branch. Their professionalism and knowledge were excellent. After two failed attempt to varifocal glasses in the past, at last I have recently purchased two pair including varifocal sunglasses and am very pleased with both.”

“Very helpful and pleasant staff. Not rushed, you feel like an individual customer not on a conveyor belt of lots of people. I do feel that my daughters have been given more discount and offer vouchers than me and my husband.”

“My first visit to Scrivens. Thorough eye examination. Very nice staff - made me feel at ease and very clear on all my options. Explained everything and so helpful & honest when choosing new frames. I will be returning and recommending. Far better and quicker than Vision Express who have had my business for years - couldn't even get an appointment to suite - hence - came to you. Should have done it years ago !! Thank you.”

“I had a very thorough, professional eye test from the optician. I needed reading glasses and they had a good selection for an affordable price. I love my glasses, but I was disappointed that staff did not check they were fitted correctly and one of the arms were loose. But overall happy with service.”

“I was incredibly impressed with the service that I received from Scrivens opticians. This was my wife and I‘s first visit there and this will now be our regular optician visit. I will certainly recommend Scrivens to all my friends and family. It has been a breath of fresh air to discover that excellent customer service still exists. Thank you Russell Eden 😀”

“Extremely good service. Very reassuring staff. Relaxed and comforting. Delivery of new specs was as they promised - was given call to let me know they had arrived. Next stage - fitting and test - conducted admirably. Therefore I am totally delighted.”
