“Always a friendly welcoming atmosphere! Nothing too much trouble for the two staff members. Only negative is the cost of the lenses especially as I seem to need new ones on each visit!”

“We're very happy that on impulse we popped into Scrivens in Fakenham to book eye tests rather than go on autopilot to one of the big chains. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful and gave us all the time (and help) we needed for choosing frames and discussing what sort of lenses were needed. Particular credit is due to Trish for the initial welcome and Laura for her attention to detail in ensuring that the final products fitted well and worked as they should. We're very happy customers. Thank you.”

“my first appointment at scrivens Swadlincote for my hearing was first class, the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful, explaining everything I needed to know, I am very pleased with there customer service overall and would definitely recommend.”

“First class service and aftercare from Tracy and her team at Chesterfield branch. She put me at ease and assured me that my problem could be solved effectively with a contact lens. After almost a year of not being able to see properly, I now have good vision in both eyes. So a big thank you to Tracy and Rob.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful but I am struggling a bit getting used to the new glass's. when I turn my eyes slightly off centre it goes a bit blurred. I'll see how it goes over the next week or two. The other thing was the price, which I don't think is very competitive with other opticians. I paid £587 for a pair of £39 frames with varifocal transition lenses and a pair of my own frames fitted with varifocal non transition lenses.”
