“I have used the Glossop Rd branch in Sheffield for many years and find them very good. Helen Rowley is a lady whom I have also know for many years and works with me to find the spectacles that suit me and are what I like and comfortable to wear. I have tried other branches and feel they treat customers on a conveyer belt, hence have gone back to the Sheffield branch.”

“Excellent quality after care as part of Lenscare plan. Optometrist and optician are very thorough and caring. Prices, for contact lenses and glasses, are relatively expenses compared to many other high street and online retailers.”

“After waiting half an hour beyond my appointment time I left. I was not informed they were running late and an apology was only given after I said I could not wait any longer. There is no privacy...your personal details are taken in the waiting area where other customers are waiting. I shall definitely not be returning.”
