“My mother had an appointment with the Audiologist at your Willenhall Branch the other day, and we was pleasantly surprised to see the staff in their Majestic costumes for the Jubilee celebrations. It was a wonderful, warm and welcoming experience and we was seen to very promptly and efficiently. Kirn was very outstanding and retuned my mothers hearing aids so they are comfortable for her and The young man Matt helped us with her wheelchair up and down the ramp on route to the room for her appointment. I couldn’t fault the staff or service we both received. Thank you.”

“Hello, I recently purchased a set of hearing aids from Scrivens in Rhyl. I was so impressed with the service and the professionalism of the gentleman audiologist.Sorry, I forgot his name.I have been wearing hearing aids for about fifteen years and never have I been so pleased.The gentleman could not do enough for me.It was a Eureka moment, when he popped in my new aids.It was like night and day from my other aids.The service was amazing. Scrivens is now my choice for hearing aids.”

“I attended my appointment after coming of a night shift. Usually when I have my diabetic eye screaning I also have a regular eye test to check my current eye prescription. Unfortunately this was not offered despite asking several times, I was informed I would have to come back. I work for the NHS and fitting in health appointments can be difficult sometimes. In the meantime while waiting for the eye drops to take affect a lovely lady offered me an hearing test (I didn't hear her at first) lol, seriously! Fantastic service and all was well with my hearing. Now, going back to complete the diabetic eye screaning, I asked the lady again why I couldn't have had an eye test on the same day she said "you carn't now you've had the eye drops"! I give a five star for mainly the hearing service I received.”

“This review is specifically for Scrivens in Tilehurst, with a special thank you to Sonia. Mum recently moved from Bristol to Basingstoke and was sad to see that we had no Scrivins (she always used the Bedminster Branch and loved the service). Searched about and found our nearest was Tilehurst. What a wonderful team they have there! There was recently a bit of an issue with Mum's hearing aid and it needed to go for repair. Sonia offered to stay on late so I could collect Mum's hearing aid at the soonest time possible. That's going above and beyond your average customer care. Thank you Sonia and the Tilehurst team.”
