“The customer service I received in store was wonderful. Every staff member I encountered was polite, helpful and made the process very easy. I would definitely come back to Scrivens instead of returning to Specsavers.”

“Visited Scrivens after having a difficulty at Boots. Scrivens listened to my wife and myself. They way they responded was really good. The staff were honest, straightforward, friendly and very helpful. We are converts. There was no pressure to buy anything but wee came out with two new pairs of glasses plus some clip on shades. Good on you.”

“The present staff of Scrivens at Ely are helpful, efficient and friendly. The shop itself offers a calm environment allowing time for one to choose new frames without pressure to make a quick decision - as a result I am very happy with my new glasses and new sunglasses.”

“The eye test was very thorough and the optician extremely patient with me. The staff generally were very helpful and gave good advice when selecting the necessary glasses and were not pushy into buying expensive designer frames. I would certainly recommend Scrivens Opticians.”

“Went to Scrivens opticians in Bitterene Southampton Proper qualified optician who spotted a medical problem that was missed by Boots opticians. Sent the patient to eye casualty. May have saved her sight Thank you”

“I had very efficient and friendly service from the staff at Scrivens recently. First occasion was just an adjustment to my old spectacles. Secondly, when I was concerned about headaches. I had examination and was fitted for new ones. Very satisfied.”

“Still trying to get glasses to fit correctly. They are crooked. The Optician is swapping frames?? No phone call yet. All young and inexperienced. I am still hopeful.”
