“I choose a pair of glasses that were too large for my face and a lot larger than I had previously I tried them for a couple of weeks but found my left eye was pulling The staff had told me to give them a try but come back any time if s problem I called back had a second eye test and choose smaller frames and didn’t have to pay for the replacement glass I have trouble with glasses for the period I’ve been a customer of yours and from when I first needed them in my 40s your staff are always happy to help me and say come bank anytime thanks”

“I have always been very pleased with the friendly and efficient attention Shown to me on my annual visits and other appointments when needed. Their annual reminder is always sent and an appointment quickly sorted. Sallysmith21plus@hotmail.co.uk”

“The opticians very polite and knew what they were doing etc. My main problem with them is that I only wanted an eye test to get some contact lenses. They basically ignored my request and instead I got pressured/bullied into buying a new pair of ridiculously expensive glasses than I didn't want or need! I was then told to make another appointment for the contact lenses which was the whole point of the original appointment.”

“in the years I've been with scrivens, and all those years you managed to get my sunglasses right, but this time you refuse to correct them, if you looked back on the past you must have a record of the colour of sunglass I required, very annoyed B.G.Kneller”

“We recently moved to Milton Keynes. Scrivens Opticians are conveniently located within the town centre reducing travel time to another complex or office. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they could not reach me or my son on both our telephone numbers which I gave them. This delayed collection of my glasses by 2 days.”

“I have been a customer for some years and have always found the service exceptional. Good choice of frames and lenses and help was there when I needed hearing aids. The staff are always pleasant and knowledgeable and appointments can always be made to suit the customer. No complaints from me😊”

“Stratford Road Shirley branch staff welcoming, and knowledgeable. What I particularly noticed was the efficient use of time deployed in that no-one was kept waiting for appointments, whilst walk-ins were engaged and informed until more time was available for them. Branch clean, and well laid out given the limited space. Ample choice of frames, with excellent assistance given by the team as to suitability etc”
