“The receptionists at Haywards Heath Branch are always pleasant and helpful and we receive reminders of our appointments by phone or email. They will also give a fair opinion when choosing frames”

“had annual eye test recently and one eye had altered. new glasses in approx 8 days. very pleased”

“It is a good service and ladies are really helpful but I do resent being phoned twice to ask if I wanted another pair of glasses for half price I can only just afford one pair”

“I have been coming to Scrivens and its predecessors in Didcot for eye care for over thirty years. I have found them unfailingly kind and helpful as well as professionally excellent. The staff remember me and - a real plus - do not pressure me to spend more than is necessary.”

“Very friendly staff,put me at my ease(Oldbury,West Mids),and I was very pleased with the whole experience.Not a bit like going to the dentist,which is all to the good.I even went so far as to recommend the whole Scrivens; chain to a friend.”
