“Me and my children have our eyes tested at scrivens rushden, and found the service to be very thorough and professional , children told me they enjoyed that experience , and I am very happy with my first pair of reading glasses , friendly staff , very helpful team”

“The Optician was fantastic but recently their aftercare service is very poor. I think this is due to staff shortages. The staff in the shop try their very best, but are under increasing pressure.”

“Very happy with the service from Scrivens Opticians. I damaged my glasses and was really pleased that Scrivens sorted out my new glasses so quickly. I am also very pleased with the care that is taken to ensure that my prescription is absolutely 100% correct.”

“Very pleased with the service and the eye test. I was unable to purchase new glasses as I apparently have a Christmas tree cataract and am awaiting to have this removed. When this has been done I shall revisit Scrivens should I need new glasses.”

“Excellent service, very friendly staff. I was a Specsavers customer until the lovely lady on reception helped me out one day helping me fix my sunglasses in the WGC store. That day i decided to come to Scrivens for my optical needs. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!”

“Been using Scrivens for a few years now and never seem to have a problem. The staff are friendly and very helpful and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing eye tests or glasses/contacts.”
