“All of the staff were very approachable and listened to all my questions including the one regarding the jar of sweets on the side with 80 emblazoned across the front . I asked if the 80 was for a long time member of staff ? And was told it represented 80 years in business for Scrivens . I was genuinely excited about the 80 years and asked for a sweet out of the jar and to my delight I was offered one . I think it was a rubarb sweet . I got carried away with the occasion and asked for another sweet and once again I was given one . I was extremely delighted as I am rather fat . I then paid my bill of £357.00 and left feeling rather content with my 2 sweets .”

“After trying some of the competitors in Huddersfield and not having been satisfied with the service that I received, I decided to look on Trip Advisor for the highest rated opticians in the area, this was Scrivens. Online booking was easy and quick. In-store, the team was friendly and helpful, I didn't feel rushed at all. There's a great atmosphere within the store.”

“The staff and optometrist at Scrivens Mildenhall were all very knowledgeable and proficient. Glasses pricing is inline with other high street retailers but the friendly and helpful staff make Scrivens my preferred choice.”

“Can’t fault them. All the staff at Market Deeping are brilliant. No question is daft. No one try’s to sell anything that might not be suitable. Never in too much hurry.”
