“Great friendly customer service on arrival an throughout appointment. Every step of eye test explained an disgust with me. Helped me choose frames honestly.. Not just by price tag an profits like other opticians. Will definitely recommend if you want a more personalised service..”

“The staff at your Chesterfield branch are helpful, kind, friendly, very knowledgeable and patient. I have tried other opticians in the past but they never have got my prescription right, Scrivens have always got my prescription right and done everything to make sure that my glasses were perfect for me. Very happy with my new glasses and with the service, will always use scribes and recommend to everyone.”

“I have had an eye examination and a diabetic eye check today and was at the opticians for 2 hours, yesterday I got a phone call asking me to go in early which I did by ten minutes to be ignored by all the staff, they walked past me without any hello or any communication and I wasn't the only customer who noticed the staff are ignorant”

“Fantastic customer service from Kelly at the St Giles Branch. My glasses arrived quickly and they were fitted perfectly, I believe I saw a lady called Vivienne for my fitting.”
