“Was overall very good experience, VERY friendly. They helped me choose my glasses very well too and even managed to accommodate me when I wished a few days later to change the frames. The glasses are working wonderfully thus far and I thank the shop for their help.”

“I felt comfortable in the shop and the two ladies were very helpful when I was choosing my frames which was a big help because my wife was’nt with me.”

“My first time dealing with Scrivens and I was very happy with the level of customer service. I didn't feel like I was being 'processed' (as I felt with another company close by) and I wasn't put under pressure to buy new specs that I did not need.”
