“A huge thank you to your fantastic team in your Tewkesbury branch. I attended in December 2020 for my eye test. And although the branch was very busy, the girls were doing a brilliant job of keeping everything clean and everyone safe. I wasn't rushed into choosing my spectacles and I was made to feel as welcome as I always am. I am delighted with said spectacles. I really hope Scrivens appreciate just how fantastic the staff are in the branch and what a brilliant job they are doing working in the current situation. Well done.”

“All health and safety measures in place very professional . Ordered new glasses they arrived ahead of time .Tried on when collected good fit . Very pleased with my annual glaucoma check . Janet Croft”

“Was really pleased with the standard of customer service. From buying my first pair to then due to scratching them the Thirsk manager going above and behond to help me get a replica pair and also by providing my insurance company a letter, she really put herself out by helping me in any way she could. Excellent customer service and greatly appreciated.”

“The Optician was very thorough and much better than previous appointments I have attended. Please pass this feedback onto her. The follow up was excellent as well when I had an outstanding test done and picked up my glasses. I was contacted afterwards to inform me that the additional test was fine.”

“I found all the staff friendly and helpful. Also felt very safe with precautions for virus. The optician who tested my eyes was very thorough and explained everything so that i understood as have AMD and cataracts. I was given plenty of choice of frames. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.”

“I popped into Scrivens Opticians on the 'off chance' having damaged the arm of my glasses. I am not a customer (yet!!) but chanced that they may be able to help repair the damage. I was met with an excellent customer service, polite, smiling, helpful staff. The lady I dealt with was exceptionally helpful and honest, informing me she could certainly try and sort out my problem, however it could be risky as the arm of my glasses were very much bent!! To my delight, she managed to repair my glasses very well Before I left, I asked how much the charge was, I was informed there was no charge I have to say, for my brief encounter with the staff of Scrivens Thirsk, it has been far more pleasant dealing with such lovely staff and excellent customer service than where I have been for the last number of years.... I intend to move to Scrivens when my next eye test is due”
