“I have had both the eye sight test and hearing test. The staff are friendly and put you at ease. The procedures are explained clearly.”

“My spectacles from the previous year were porr quality and just did not stay on, so I was anxious to change. Recent eye test, new optician, all seemed to go well and was promising. Some extra care on frame choice too made it feel it could be different. The physical arrival was a bit of a mess, and then when I got the specs the prescription was not quite right-a downgrade from where I was. However the “old”pair were so awful that I have decided to keep the new ones, SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY STAY ON.”

“The manager and her three staff and her hearing aid specialist are exceptional. They give me first class service every time I visit the shop whether for glasses or my hearing aids. Always extremely helpful and very efficient and friendly and polite on all occasions.”

“Absolutely terrible customer service, the people on the end of the phone continually read from a script and quote nonsense. My mother put up with their excuses and half hearted efforts to placate her and get her out the door after continually having to visit the store. We finally had had enough after allowing and enduring excuses for months, to be told Scrivens would not refund the cost my mother paid for a truly unfit for purpose product. It seems Scrivens especially the Fleetwood branch are adept at fobbing off elderly vulnerable customers.”

“Leon and the two girls in the Witney store have been absolutely amazing to my mother with her hearing. Nothing isn’t too much trouble for any of them, they are very professional especially following the Covid 19 guidelines. We enjoy our visit every time. Thank you for everything you do.”
