“Eye test was cheap at £10 and all staff very good and very friendly”

“I called in to my local scrveins in Market Deeping about my aid that had come apart I was informed that there was nothing they could do I was told that I would have to pay £25pound which is none returnable and cost to repair it which I believe is manafacters issue. I would not recommend scribe s to any body.”

“Went to Waterlooville store spoke a blonde lady I think the manager. She approached me very friendly but when realised I was just browsing she became extremely pushy and tried to book me in for a sight test even though I have already had one done. Made me feel very uncomfortable as she seemed desperate for me to buy something. Needless to say I won’t be returning.”

“Shannon was great,an assest to scrivens however, sue who conducted the eye test is not, she needs to accept that she is rude, I am a wheelchair user, nothing wrong with my brain, she never made eye contact and spoke over me to my husband asking questions about me. However, when Shannon took over the sale she was fantastic. I will not go to scivens if Sue is there”

“I was badly in need of replacement glasses but aware that the cost was going to be an issue. Thankfully the manager was able to give me a very significant discount that made the purchase much more manageable. Particularly welcome at Christmas. The staff also were helpful and gave good service. J M Whatmore”

“Optician and audio technician very good. However I didnt get message to collect specs when they arrived. Had to ring to see if they were ready. Pleased with specs.”
