“my glasses were ready in a week and they are fine my hearing test went well also all was ok so I was told very nice lady did it she was very helpfull”

“I was very pleased with the attention I got from staff in Wimborne (Dorset) recently. My glasses were perfect and I would definitely return for further eye tests or glasses replacements.”

“In both professions you are put at ease and well informed throughout the consultation. There is never pressure on you to purchase anything just excellent advice.I can not rate the staff to highly and enjoy my visits every time.”

“I had two NHS hearing aids fitted in March at the Clacton branch that was fine...but have not received any batteries which I'm now out of! Have tried contacting Clacton branch but the phone goes to the Drs Surgery? Also tried sending emails to scrivens but won't send? Absolute shambles!”

“Lovely friendly staff and calm environment. Having purchased adult glasses and a pair of child glasses we were told they would be in store in just over a week. Unfortunately when we went to collect them were we told no one could check the child’s glasses for a further 8 days at our local branch or 7 days at another branch, 13 miles away. We were not told about the delay when booking the appointment or when we were at the appointment. We could have bought the glasses elsewhere given there are another three opticians on the high street. Perhaps not an ideal choice for kids glasses due to inconvenience of too few optometrists to fit the glasses once in store.”

“We haven't had any service so far. The initial home visit was 6weeks ago and still no follow up of any kind and no hearing aids. If I could have given you no stars I would have!”

“The examination was very thorough, as usual, and the staff listened to my requirements. I was helped to choose frames and lenses appropriate to my needs and the complete spectacles were ready for me to collect very quickly.”

“Absolutely amazing customer care, everyone was really kind and seemed genuinely to care that I was able to find a pair of frames within my price budget. I'd definitely go back when I next need glasses, and would not hesitate to recommend them.”
