“Having my eyes checked at Scrivens turned out to be a very good experience to previous eye checks with other providers in the past. Staff had been friendly, approachable, engaging and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Collection of and fitting of my glasses left me with a similar positive experience.”

“Great customer service nothing to much trouble Abbey at the Havant branch worked past the shops closing time to adjust my glasses also changed nose grips due to slipping. Optician same level of customer service l will be using them in the future.”

“Excellent eye test. Difficulty in choosing frames due to lack of choice. Went to pick up frames, they were broken in the shop almost in front of my eyes. I was understandably annnoyed and the manager completely ignored the issue. Made yet another trip to pick up new glasses; this time one lens fractured in the shop. Eventually I did receive my glasses and was given a discount on the lenses. I may not return to Scrivens.”

“Great service, the staff at the Enfield branch are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I bought 2 multifocal pairs with one half price and I'm very happy.”
