“Excellent all round service. Eye test was very thorough and there is a good selection of spectacles. A bit more expensive than other Opticians but well worth it for peace of mind.”

“I cannot fault the device I get from your Ripley branch. All the ladies there are really helpful and friendly. I always recommend them to anyone who asks about where to go for an eye test.”

“The branch manger was helpful at the start with new glasses as he was getting a big sale, but as i had problems with the glasses and i was given a 30 day money back grantee on the glasses i went back within this time scale, the after care and requesting a refund which the branch manger really did not want to give for the said glasses, it was shocking and upsetting as i felt the branch manger was really not helpful or caring when i went back to pick up a pair of glasses he could not look at me when he spoke and he never even asked how the glasses felt just asked if i could read ok. very disappointing and upsetting considering i am a long term customer”

“Made an appointment 4 days in advance at the Mexborough branch. I arrived 30 minutes early on the day (8 March) and sat waiting for an hour. The technician suddenly appeared, and I was told she had nipped to the toilet but she then MrsDavisreappeared with her coat on and left the building without speaking to anyone including other other staff. I was not impressed at all and did not rebook.”

“Wow! Total respect for the ladies and gentleman who helped with my eyes and ears. Professional, friendly, fun, helpful, informative, HONEST and patient. “Great staff at the Cheltenham shop, walked in got an appointment straight away. Very Lucky. Great help with choosing my frame and the rest is history. Glasses are brilliant.”

“I am treated like royalty from the moment my reminder for my appointment comes to the moment I step out of the door. No long queues for attention I'm treated like I matter and within minutes. Fantastic choice of glasses and all the help given with staff who give me a honest opinion when I ask for it. Prices are very reasonable and there are style to suit all. Best thing I ever did changing my optician to Scrivens only wish I'd one it sooner. First class!”
