“I had a very thorough, professional eye test from the optician. I needed reading glasses and they had a good selection for an affordable price. I love my glasses, but I was disappointed that staff did not check they were fitted correctly and one of the arms were loose. But overall happy with service.”

“I was incredibly impressed with the service that I received from Scrivens opticians. This was my wife and I‘s first visit there and this will now be our regular optician visit. I will certainly recommend Scrivens to all my friends and family. It has been a breath of fresh air to discover that excellent customer service still exists. Thank you Russell Eden 😀”

“Extremely good service. Very reassuring staff. Relaxed and comforting. Delivery of new specs was as they promised - was given call to let me know they had arrived. Next stage - fitting and test - conducted admirably. Therefore I am totally delighted.”

“All the staff were so friendly and very welcoming as soon as I walked into the store. I received such good service from all whilst having my annual sight test. I would highly recommend scrivens to all my friends and family. An outstanding store in the heart of our community.”

“I had a very positive experience when l visited Scrivens Opticians recently with my proscription to buy new frames. The Manager was very helpful and l felt a valued customer. The frames l eventually chose were ideal and for once made me feel more attractive!!”

“I have recently visited Scrivens's Opiticians and Hearing Care and as always received a friendly welcome. All aspects of my visit was kind helpful and any questions I had were explained clearly. My prescription was efficiently dealt and received very quickly, so, yes I can say I highly recommend Scrivens. 😊”
