“Excellent service. Staff extremely helpful and went over and above phoning other shops to track down a particular frame. I cannot thank them enough. They stayed open allowing me time to choose my frames.”

“I do not exaggerate when I say Ms Coombs is the most professional optometrist I have encountered. She was thorough and explained everything to me. The girls “front of house “ also deserve very high praise. Thank you.”

“Have used this opticians for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The new optician was lovely and explained the process throughout. The team are very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make your experience a good one.”

“The first thing I noted when entering Schrivens Opticians, Stamford, was how welcoming the staff were. They looked smart and were kind. There was a disinfectant bottle and tissues to clients to use on entering and leaving the premises as well as perspective dividers. The Optician was patient to explained clearly and precisely what she was doing and why. The consultation went well. I would recommend this Opitians because I am satisfied with the treatment I recieved.”

“First attempt at eye test results were not 100% but on re test absolutely perfect, there was no quibble when I went back a second time, staff were very happy to help in any way possible as we all know our eye sight can vary at different test times owing to medication and cataracts but got there in the end with good results Thankyou highly recommended”
