“My appointment ran to time. No waiting around. I was instructed to sanitize my hands and both myself and staff were wearing masks so I felt safe. Diane was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. No complaints 🙂”

“Totally amazing service as always I needed Varifocals for the first time and was made to feel at ease during the whole process of getting my eyes tested through to walking out of the store with my chosen glasses. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. They made me feel that if I did have a problem I could comfortably go back and get it sorted out. Outstanding customer service throughout.”
