“Each and everyone at Scrivens in Milton Keynes we’re amazing. They could see how nervous I was being there and each one went out of their way to smooth the situation. I now only recommend Scrivens as the opticians to go too.”

“I was very excited when Scrivens in Didcot could offer me an appointment as the Lockdown eased. I badly new glasses. The shop staff and the optician were as welcoming and efficient as always and everyone was very careful to observe the safety rules.”

“I have always rated scrivens very highly but felt really let down when the week you re opened I rang Banbury branch re symptoms of a detached retina I was experiencing and was very concerned as I have already gone through emergency surgery for a previous detachment. My call was picked up by head office who took my details and promised Banbury branch would get back to me asap. They never did but I was seen on the same day as an emergency by Spec Savers. I am now considering transferring my care to them as I feel very disappointed that given my history of retinal issues Scrivens did not follow up my call. I feel sad about this as in the past Scrivens have been really good. It would be good to discuss this.”

“Professional and very efficient service. We placed an order before lockdown, we contacted the head office regarding our prescription,as the store was closed and we couldn't collect them. They informed us that they would find out where and when we would receive them. And have them delivered to our door. I really appreciate the effort they went through to enable my husbands and son to have their new glasses. Thank you so much.”

“Diss branch went over and above for me this week. They responded immediately to my letter asking for help as I am shieldiing. A member of staff came to collect the hearing aid and deliver it back the very same day. I cannot express my grateful thanks enough”
